We dropped in the North Myrtle Beach location for a late night bite. Shared the Potato soup, their AWESOME salad, and the blackened Chicken Pasta Parma with my daughter and the Mr. had She crab soup and a monster salad. The best salads ever without fail.

we have been here many times for business and leisure dinners! We love their New York Strip which is always cooked right! The staff are nice, their house salad is awesome......the baked potatoes are also great. We like the atmosphere, which is warm and inviting....we will be back for sure.

The service was nice and quick. There is a variety in the menu which was nice. The food was above average and very good. The decor seems a little upscale when you come in. The best thing about our experience was our server. He was very accommodating, quick and knowledgeable.

Had dinner on a Sunday night. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted and seated. It took 5 minutes before anyone came to our table, this is the max amount of time I will wait before I leave a restaurant, server got there just in time. Drinks and appetizer arrived quickly, we got the croissants and they were pretty good. Salads... More

Was at the beach for Christmas break and wanted to go back here for the prime rib. Even better, they were open on Christmas Day. Made a reservation and was seated almost immediately when we got there. Thanks to the staff for the great food and service. California Dreaming is quickly becoming a regular spot when we are in town.

We were in Myrtle Beach for the holidays, and decided to go to California Dreaming (by the Barefoot Landing stores). That was our first visit and it was AMAZING, we ended up going their 3 times that week. We enjoyed the Prime Rib, Ribeye, and the Spicy Chicken Pasta. Each time we visited our food and service was fantastic and... More

We went there on a Saturday around 8pm. First of all, service was slow. We waited a long time for a waiter to take our order. We ordered crab soup, peel and eat shrimp, and chicken Parmesan. Crab soup was salty and disgusting. There were so many shells in the crab soup that I had to keep picking the shells... More

Our group of six went looking for a different dining experience from our regular get together hang out, and decided on California Dreaming in North Myrtle Beach. The menu was a bit limited, and to the plate everyone thought the food was just ok. Service was good, and the prices are on par with most sit down venues in the... More

California Dreaming is a popular restaurant in North Myrtle Beach but our recent experience started awkwardly. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, and the first impression was confusing. As we entered there were three young ladies at the hostess stand. I said “Good evening – how are you doing today?” – and apparently threw the... More
