Description: Located on Main Street in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach...
Located on Main Street in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, Flynn’s Irish Tavern is a locals favorite and a must stop for annual and first time visitors to the Grand Strand. Just a short walk from the wide sandy beaches and first class accommodations of Ocean Drive, and a short ride from the many championship golf courses that populate the north strand. Flynn’s is a perfect place to enjoy a pint or two after a day on the beach or the golf links.Flynn’s is owned and operated by the Flynn Family and the authentic look and old country feel of the establishment comes from Marty’s place of birth, County Roscommon, Ireland. The tavern is housed in the former North Myrtle Beach jail, in fact, the jail cells are still here and tours are given upon request.

Fun Bar, great Guinness!

Really thought it was welcoming, and they had really good Guinness, it was a fun atmosphere but the food was just average. Will go again because of the atmosphere.

You MUST go on a Monday & enjoy their AYCE Roast beef with horseradish mashed potatoes & green beans! The beef is cooked in Guinness & the gravy is silky food heaven!

Live music in bar, but not Irish, four of us, 2Cb and cabbage, one potato encrusted grouper, very good, and 1 chicken pot pie, very poor and unappealing in appearance, more like canned cream of chicken soup with a piece of puffed pastry on top.reason for average rating. Very good pub atmosphere with a fine choice of adult beverages (Irish)... More

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Flynn's last night and we all had the All You Can Eat roast beef. The portions were generous and everything came out fresh and hot. We always make a point of dining at Flynn's at least once when we visit Myrtle Beach and they never disappoint!

Simply Terrific! A great place with a neighborhood restaurant feel. Prime rib specials on Friday excellent and their Irish dishes great! Very reasonably priced. Owners are great people and the servers friendly. Will keep coming back... we've been coming to Flynn's for many years since they first opened and have never been disappointed!

We enjoy sitting in the bar ( or outside if the weather is nice) enjoying the people. And the drinks. I enjoy Irish whiskey- they have a very nice selection so I have been able to sample many. The service has always been good. Food very good.

This hands down was the best dinner we had at the beach this trip. They were so accommodating to the people in our party that had a gluten allergy. We were a party if 13 , one of the few restaurants that were willing to take a reservation. Warm and welcoming to say the least. Great atmosphere. No complaints, every... More

I had always wanted to eat here on vacation in North Myrtle but we somehow didn't make it until this year. What a treat--fabulous service (thanks Ken), wonderful food and gracious hosts. About as close as you can get to a real Irish pub in the U.S. This restaurant is one more reason I want to move to North Myrtle.... More
