Fresh seafood, laid back atmosphere

I came here with my husband and our friend when we were spending a Saturday night in North Myrtle Beach. All of us loved it! We sat at the bar, and our bartender/server was very nice and helpful. We shared a dozen oysters, which were extremely fresh and we also shared the pigskin shrimp, which... read more

I was down a week ago to get some work done at our condo. I decided that I really wanted seafood on my last night, so I walked into Duffy's to get a seafood platter to go. I sat down at a table to wait for a server to give my order to. Ten minutes later, no one bothered to... More

We had lunch and dinner at this joint all in one day. Walking distance from Towers on the Grove. Great special. The Bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp stuffed with monterary jack cheese and jalepenos and deep fried were delicious. We had appetizers for lunch. Dinner we went back on a family's rating to try the shrimp and grits, best I ever... More

Ate lunch there today and it was so delicious. We had the fried vegetable appetizer which was so good especially the fried green tomatoes. I had the fried fish po boy which was huge and incredible! I also had the twister drink which was a variety of their daquiri's and it was so yummy! Very large menu and reasonable prices.... More

Not enough servers for the happy hour crowd. Our server was overwhelmed and forgetful. The crab legs and steamed shrimp were okay, but the fried options weren't very good. The "Key West bar" label really just means run down and dirty. Wouldn't recommend or return.

On a recent short trip to North Myrtle, did not want to leave without having some seafood. I had eaten at a different location of Duffy's before, and this was close by. Had the Pirate's Plate with crab legs, scallops, steamed shrimp and broiled fish. All were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and was really a good value for the amount... More

A friend took us there for dinner, we liked it so much we have been back three more times. My husband loves the shrimp and grits. I like the fried fish. Calamari is excellent and the carrot cake is amazing. We will be back a lot

We never had shrimp and grits being from pa. so we tried the award winning shrimp and grits and we really enjoyed them. We could have shared one plate as they give you a lot. All the different flavors come together in one plate with the shrimp, grits, sausage, bacon, cheese and everything else. All the food going by us looked really good. Definitely... More

First night was so good, we went back next night too. Friendly staff, great seafood. Wonderfully fresh oysters on the half shell (both nights). Great fried seafood, oysters, fan tailed shrimp, cod; nice tuna, rare and moist; even the hush puppies were good. All food was hot, all fried was not oily. Basically, it's a casual place, with a well... More
