Thank you for making our first visit worth while. The service was great and food tasted fantastic. There was a problem with my meal taking 40 minutes to arrive, but they resolved the problem without any reservations. If you get the chance participate in the fish catch.. Very Cool..

This was my first time and I highly recommend this restaurant. It is located in Barefoot Landing on the Intercostal Waterway. Our view was great and the food was too. I had the shrimp and grits and it was fantastic. My wife had the grilled Salmon and she raved about it. They offer a nice selection of fresh seafood and... More

It takes a lot for a non seafood eater to rate a seafood restaurant so high! Service was fantastic, food was excellent, even my non seafood stuff, drinks great, atmosphere perfect.

Decided on this place because of the other good reviews and because we didn't want a buffet as most of the other local seafood places are. There was a nice feel to the place when we went inside and there wasn't an overly long wait for the 9 of us in our party. We ere greeting immediately. We were given... More

We enjoyed a nice family lunch on the upper level, overlooking the intercostal waterway! Great flavors on all the entrees, but everything suffered slightly because of over cooking! Great views, nice atmosphere, slow service...

Had the salmon with green beans and Parmesan rice. Too good. Kids menu reasonably priced. My son had the combo seafood platter and he had a lot of food.

Have yet to try lunch or dinner at the Flying Fish but the happy hour is a deal. I'm a fan of the brews from New South Brewery located in Myrtle Beach and they have both their White Ale and Nut Brown on tap; and better yet, they're priced at $2.50 a pint. A tasty way to support two local... More

My husband and I picked this restaurant because my mom and step father had planned to join us for dinner, wanting to have fish on Friday for supper. They cancelled at the last minute but we decided to give it a try anyway even though we are not big fish eaters. We arrived around 7:30 and had a less than... More

For the prices, look elsewhere. The food is average fare. The wait staff was overwhelmed and seemed inexperienced. We were promised pan sautéed soft shell crab, instead of fried. When it arrived deep fried, the server gave me a take it or leave it attitude when I complained. The flavor of the crab was lost in the heavy deep fried... More

Hubby and I went on a Saturday night around 6pm - waited about 30 minutes for a table. Waitress was friendly. Food was plentiful and good. Give it a try!
