Love the family style beginning!

Love Love Love this place! The food was really, really good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. If you like veal, they do it right and make it very thin...it was awesome. It's not outrageously expensive and you get a lot of food! Our server Nick was really good. The place was packed all the time... read more

Amazing dinner! Our 17yr old son requested this restaurant after eating here the previous week when on vacation with another family. We weren't sure if it was going to be as great as he seemed to think it was but we were wrong! Fantastic service (wish I could remember her name) and everything we ordered was perfect. 👍🏼😊

Was recommended Umberto's by a friend. He was not wrong. The portion sizes are great the service was friendly but the taste of the food is amazing. The family style tomato/cucumber salad is good, the beans are great as well. I ordered the sausage and peppers appetizer and a veal chop. Both were great but the veal chop was the... More

Food was very good and reasonably priced for what you received. Chicken Antonio was especially good and service could not have been better or more attentive. Included appetizers were very good as well. Only down side was that the noise level was very high during dinner. Would definitely go back when in the area.

Went here to celebrate moms 78th birthday! Very busy place and recommend reservations. Had a table overseeing the lake view and watched a huge storm come in while we were eating great Italian food and seafood. My mom had veal parmesian and I had the seafood over pasta. Both were great! The only thing neither of us cared for was... More

This is a great place for a great meal in a casual setting. The food and service is always great and I highly recommend either the Veal or Chicken Antonio. Just know that by the time you have bread, bean salad, tomato salad, and pasta, you won't even be hungry for the entrée!

Great find and good location. Fun area before and after dinner to walk around. After you eat here you will need to have a walk after dinner. The family style initial courses they bring as part of the meal are all delicious. We could not get enough of the salad. Portions are all very generous.

Upon vacationing in Myrtle Beach, we decided to try Umberto's . My husband and I chose to sit outside where they had a few tables on a porch. They also had on the other side an enclosed porch with enclosed windows, and an inside dining room. We started off with a bean and greens with pasta which was more of... More

Good Italian place located in a great family oriented plaza (Barefoot Landing). Portions are large and each table gets unlimited bread, a bean bowl, a veggie salad of cucumbers, onion, tomato with an Italian marinade(they don't have lettuce), and an angel hair pasta bowl. Service was good. Coffee was excellent! They serve Douwe Egbert coffee.
