We stopped here hungry and tired after being on the road for several hours. We are not fans of chain restaurants but this was new to us so we gave it a try and we weren't disappointed. The place was crowded but the wait was minimal and it gave us a chance to check out the menu. We were seated... More

Our server was Clorinda, Chloe as she likes to be called, was very helpful. Two of us had shrimp with grits, one had fish. She ate ½ the fish and took the rest back to hotel. For dessert we had key lime pie. The food was excellent as well as being filling. This was recommended by Percy at the Charleston... More

I don't usually review franchise restaurants, but my wife and I had never eaten at a FATZ and we actually ate here twice during our recent stay in Charleston. The food and service were above average for a "fern bar" restaurant - our entrée choices included parmesan fish, chicken pot pie and grilled pork chops and were all tasty and... More

I had their fried fish filet and fries, with an extra helping of mini fried shrimp. Food was great, service was prompt, and cost was reasonable considering the sheer amount of food I ordered. I definitely wouldn't mind eating there again.

We'd never eaten at a "Fatz" restaurant before--frankly, the name sounded a bit odd--but recently friends invited us to join them for dinner. We were really surprised and pleased by the excellent menu choices, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. We ate at the North Charleston, SC, location with a group from my husband's 3rd Marines reunion. The service was... More

Good food. I had the ribs and chicken finger combo. Their biscuts are great. Nice atmosphere. I would go back again.

Being tired from our 500 mile trip from FL, we were eager to try out Fatz close to our Hotel, the Embssey Suites for our Annual USMC 1st Marine Div. Assoc. Reunion. Without question our first visit left us so impressed we told the friends about our experience there the following day and they asked us to join us Wed.... More

We enjoyed our meal. Food was excellent as well as our waitress. Everything was seasoned with lots of flavor and many unique sauces available. Not a typical meal in any way. Enjoyed the poppy seed rolls too. Everything is home made on the premises.

Food was delicious; our waitress Karen was very attentive; very reasonably priced; manager came to see if everything was ok. This place is the entire package. Of all the places I've eaten in lately, this one by far had the best food, prices and staff. Will definitely be going back!
