The place is always packed but worth the wait. Burgers are excellent and the adult milkshakes are dee-vine. I had the hazelnut shake made with kahlua and chocolate vodka and ice cream. So smooth and cool, but filling. Be sure to take your appetite. Burgers are huge and with wonderful homemade sauces and sides.

We stopped here for lunch, seven adults and two kids (6 and 9).We've done this every year for the past 4-5 years on our way to Kiawah Island for family vacation. The lunch menu, (dinner may be the same menu) starts with some classic Southern and original appetizers and sides ( eg. pimento cheese dip, fried pickles) and a variety... More

Food was good, burgers, fries, homemade ketchup (not my favorite). I didn't care for the onion rings, but others did. We sat directly under a fan (which could not be turned down because "they're all on the same switch") which cooled our food down pretty quickly. It was VERY LOUD and the restaurant is fairly small

We stopped in for lunch at Sesame on our way to the Charleston airport. Not only was it super tasty, but also convenient to the airport (which does not have many "real" food options). We sat at the bar, and our waitress Daisy was very friendly and provided great advice on the menu. We loved the local beers we were... More

A classic southern burger joint with a very unique ketchup mix. The burger and sliders are fairly typical, but the food is quite delicious.

They have amazing burgers. We have gone the sliders route a couple of times because we couldn't pick just one. Try the pimento cheese or the basil options. People keep swearing by the non-burger entrees, but I can't pass the burger by. Nice beer selection too, plus some of the best onion rings you'll find at a restaurant. Be prepared... More

We all really enjoyed out food. Everyone got different burgers except for me. I got the fish tacos and they were great. I was a little disappointed in the onion rings. They would have been great, except they were just too greasy. The service was quite good and when the chef left off something for one of the burgers, he... More

We eat here every time we visit my family. My husband loves the Memphis! Their specials are always good. Highly recommend!

I'm a big fan of Sesame's burgers, but the other stuff on their menu is just as good or better (cuban pork melt is my favorite). Make sure to try their specials too -- last time I was there, one of their specials was a Thai-inspired chicken stir fry, which was outstanding. Sesame does not disappoint.

This place gets packed and for good reason. Although it's in a surprising location that is somewhat off the beaten track, people know about it and apparently keep coming back. It gets filled up. It's not a big space and it gets noisy. However, the reason people go is the food...and it makes it all worthwhile. You can create your... More
