This was in North Charleston, we had breakfast on a Sunday morning, it was very busy, but we had great service and great food.

It was an IHOP by my hotel in North Charleston. The staff was loudly having a conversation close to our table. The food was good and was served quickly.

Our last three visits were great. The waitresses have been above and beyond the call of duty. This restaurant has greatly improved. Ask for Robin! The best service ever!

We live only 2 min's away from this IHOP. It is right off of the I-26 Interstate. This IHOP is bigger than usual and well lighted. Food and service are standard. Beats overpriced hotel restaurant!

The food was cold, and took forever to get to us. And we were the only people in the place (it was mid-morning). Definitely would not recommend this IHOP

Visited last evening. Reasonable Priced. Most of the tables was full. We ordered omelets, they was huge and took no time. Waitress brought us hot syrup for the pancakes. Service was great.
