Wife and I took out clients who recently purchased a home with me to have Italian. Again we where not let down. Great Service and Food as always. Myself and husband had the Steak Pizzaola the wives but had a Cavatelli and Sausage Dish to die for. Excellent Wine list as we enjoyed a Malbec for the men and Prosecco... More

I went here for lunch one day with some colleagues and paid $22 bucks for Mussels and Tomatoes and Mozzarella. I really enjoyed my lunch! I only am only talking about the Mussels becuase let's face it can you screw up Tomatoes and Mozzarella- well probably, but the did not. The Mussels were great: I cannot wait to go back... More

Wow, this beats downtown Charleston. We has Osso Buco, not only did we have the Chef come out and advise us about the cut, we had the waitress hover around anticipating our every need. An OMG antipasta, combined with great house red, reasonable prices makes this a future favorite of ours. Highly recommend.

Visited on a week night and the place was about 1/3 full. That made it even more obvious that our server clueless about his job and how to manage a table of guests. We repeatedly had to ask for water refills, bread baskets were not refilled and silver wear was cleared but not replaced so 2 people waited more than... More

The menu is diverse and comprised of the owners family recipes. There's nothing on the menu over $20. Considering the portions and quality many items seem under priced. Park Circle is absolutely the cultural center of North Charleston and there are a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. For Italian, do not pass up Fratello's.

Poor service seems to be the theme in the park circle area. They charge downtown Charleston prices for faux cuisine. We were there at Christmas time and the place was just beautiful. I was so excited to try something new in the area. The staff was friendly as well. We were one of 4 tables with people at it and... More

We happened on this place in Old North Charleston and decided to take a chance. We didn't have reservations, but they were extremely gracious to find us a table. We were really impressed with the ambiance, the service and, of course, the food. My wife had the crab stuffed shrimp and I have the filet mignon. Both were excellent. I... More

My family and I decided to try something new, and we were craving Italian. We discovered this restaurant, with the help of Facebook, and decided to give it a shot. What a great first impression as we walked in and saw a very clean, comfortable atmosphere, with the cool sounds of Sinatra crooning, but not so much to be distracting.... More

This was our first visit to Fratello's but it certainly won't be our last! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. The service was friendly without being overbearing. The food was excellent and the portions were a perfect size for us.

I went with friends and we all ordered the Chicken Marsala. The portions were large & the flavor of the Chicken Marsala made your mouth water. I had the Tiramsui and my friend had the cannoli for dessert. Next time I would skip the Tiramsui and have 2 cannoli's!
