4th year in a row visiting and the lobsters were better then ever this year. Last year they were broken and messy, and they were taking a claw for mac and cheese. This year they are better tasting now then they have ever been. Size is not very important since it is all you can eat, but the flavor was... More

We ate at Hook's Calabash Seafood for our first time Tuesday. The food was very fresh and a good variety from seafood, to chicken, to pork chops. They had tator tots, French fries, and onion rings. The waitress was very efficient and extremely nice. The restaurant was very clean. It is a little expensive for what you get, compared to... More

We went here for supper one night because we wanted a buffet. Our son loves buffets, it was expensive but we decided to go for it. It had a large selection of food to pick from, my son was excited that you could add crab legs and decided to try them for the first time. The staff was very nice... More

Loved the all you can eat Lobster. They had really great fresh seafood - well stocked, nice staff, good fresh food and all kinds of seafood.

We just ate at Hooks Calabash Seafood. It was the worst seafood we have ever eaten. We got the lobster which was extra. The lobster was over cooked and rubbery with no taste. We told the waitress and was told it was because it was from Canada. If you want seafood don't waste your time and money. We will never... More

The flounder was very thin, had tons of breading on it and the fish was paper thin and a very weird taste. YUK!! Complained to manager and got for 1/2 off price. Friend got a steak and it was GROSS. Had very funny taste. Got 1/2 off as well. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

They can always be counted on to have great seafood. We especially love the crab legs. The desserts were better this year than they have been, which made it hard to stay away from them!

These other reviewers must be on crack for real. The food had been sitting out for way too long. Everything was greasy and literally the only thing that didn't taste disgusting was the crab legs. I left there ran to my hotel and was locked in the bathroom for over an hour and so was my friend gross. And 27.99... More
