My family has been dining at Flamingo Grill for more years than I can remember (at least twenty), and we often choose Flamingo Grill for "special occasion" dinners. Why? Because of the quality of food served (some of the best steaks, prime rib, and lobster that you'll find at Myrtle Beach); the high level of genuinely warm and friendly service... More

Six of us went here for dinner. We had reservations and were immediately seated at a very comfortable table, with plenty of room for us. Everyone in our party enjoyed their appetizers and entrees, but the real hit of the dinner was the lobster tail. It's a generous nine ounces of delicious, sweet and succulent lobster, cooked perfectly. Those of... More

Our mandatory stop in Myrtle Beach - great atmosphere - staff and food as always is fantastic. The room is huge but it still feels like intimate dining. A great experience. Hope to be back soon!

Pluses: lots of space - could accommodate a lot of people, so our family did not have to wait for a table. The filet I ordered was one of the best steaks I've ever had. Really, really good. Like Morton's good. The lobster tail, on the other hand, was chewy and bland, so minus one star. Go for the steak.

Came here by chance that another place was closing. Great choice, amazing service, surprisingly quick served food. My coconut encrusted salmon was awesome, and it was a huge filet. Girlfriend got the lobster tail which was good. Garlic mashed potatoes would good. Very pleased overall.

Our family has been enjoying this restaurant for over 20 years. However, recently we visited and were very disappointed in the food and service. We will likely not return as we were very unhappy with the food and they basically told us that was the best the could do and did not attempt to correct the item. Seems like a... More

Good, not great. Service was outstanding. Food was good for me and my wife. Frankly the place was only a little above average. I have no complaints and would probably visit again.

My family and I had dinner here the other night and it was the best dinner of our 10 day trip to MB. From start to finish everything was superb. Our waiter Dave was excellent. The filet mignon melted in your mouth, and being from NYC where you have Peter Lugers and other top steakhouses The Flamingo Grill ranks right... More

We spent the first five minutes talking about the decor and exactly why it was so dark in there. The place is art deco mixed with old hollywood smashed into the diner from Saved by the Bell. If the food was great you could overlook the surroundings but it was okay. There are better options out there and I'm not... More
