Got the Philly burger, great flavor and the coleslaw was good. Staff was very friendly and fast service. Loved the peanuts on the floor and. Liked checking out all the license plates on the wall while we waited.

Definitely a cool place to have a few drinks. Seems like a dive but a bit bigger. It has a nice outdoor tiki bar. The food was good "grub". They pride themselves on burgers and they were great. The blt was awesome with lots of thick bacon and grilled Texas toast. Onion rings are a must too.

Ill keep it short and simple. If you want a great burger with a number of toppings or options, River City is certainly a place you cant go wrong. Ive ate here a number a times at the one in Surfside, 21st N, and Socastee and I constantly have consistent service and great food.

River City is a tradition with my family. We love that you can write on anything. We go back go the same spot each year and add something to what we've written. For a quick lunch this place is great. The burgers are average, but the hand cut homemade fries are the best!
