Excellent place for old Eastern European food!

We had a party of 12 and got in fast after they misplaced our reservation. They were very accommodating and the experience was great! Somehow they "lost" our reservation for 12. They still managed to accommodate us fairly quickly. The food was just ok. It was not as good as other German restaurants we have tried. They have a gluten free menu.

What a great place. The atmosphere was wonderful and we enjoyed the accordion music throughout dinner. Food was excellent. This will be a definite go to place for out of town guests. Our server Serge was awesome!

Have had the pleasure of dining here since it first opened in 1997. Best Schnitzel in town and the sides of potato, tomato & cucumber salad are wonderful too. New location is lovely and can accommodate more people. Many of the locals who like German-Austrian food dine here and reservations are strongly suggested for dinner. I have brought several of... Every time we visit Myrtle Beach, we return to Café Old Vienna. This time it was in their new and much bigger location. We had jaeger-schnitzels with red cabbage and home fries and an extra side - their delicious potato salad. The meal starts with some yummy rolls and very nice salads. Even though we were full, we couldn't pass... More

Wife and I stopped in for lunch on vacation to try it out. I am a big fan of German food having grown up with the heritage and a lifetime of my grandmothers cooking. I love the atmosphere that most German restaurants have but this place had none. ZERO. The music playing was not German but some sort of elevator... More

Cafe Old Vienna serves amazing German/Austrian cuisine. And it is gluten-free friendly. They have so many options for those who cannot have wheat--the schnitzel is amazing, as it the crepe dessert. And the new location is perfect. So glad they moved to a larger venue because they were bursting at the seams of the old place.

The new location is so nice...larger and nicely decorated! You feel like you could be in Germany! The food and service was excellent as always! The accordion player was very enjoyable! One of our favorite restaurants in Myrtle Beach!

Great food, good beer, and friendly service. What more could you ask for? I get cravings for good German food. This restaurant hit the spot perfectly. The also have Hungarian dishes, but I was on a quest for schnitzel , wursts, and red cabbage. It was all very good. Their red cabbage is a little sweeter than some, very nice.... More
