Unique German restaurant with great food

Great variety of German wurts are all delicious but my favorite is their Chicken schnitzel with veggies. Dishes are plentiful and nicely served. I highly recommend you to try Gulasch. We went with friends for a late lunch. The food was good and plentiful. We had the Jaeger Schnitzel, Chicken Schnitzel, Wiener Schnitzel and Gulasch with several desserts that were good. Service was good and efficient. There is not many Austrian/German restaurants on the Grand Strand and this one deserves a return visit,

Went here for dinner on July 22nd 2015. We ordered the German feast for two . Wait staff was very attentive and very friendly . Last time I had German food this good was in Munich Germany . Very authentic German food , a restaurant you cannot miss when visiting Myrtle Beach . Do yourself a favor and take a... More

I'm no expert but this was great German food, in fact it was so good I forgot to take pictures of the entrees. We started with potato pancakes. I had the Almond Veal Wiener Schnitzel,I chose sauerkraut ,which had caraway seeds and potato salad, made with vinegar not mayo. My brother had the Jaeger Schnitzel which is served with spatzle and... My bf and I visited Cafe Old Vienna on 07/15/15, and we were both impressed. They get a weighted score because he is German, and says this is the best authentic German and Austrian food he has had in his 2 years here, and he has checked out a few other German restaurants. Our server was Amina, and she was... More

We had not been there since they moved but went for lunch with friends in their new location. It is much nicer and larger than the original place and has the same owner/chef. This is not German food in that it is not heavy. The owners are from Austria and the difference is obvious. My husband and I both got... More

After arriving in Myrtle Beach via airplane, we hopped into our rental car and started driving around. On a whim, we pulled into the parking lot of this restaurant. We asked some people who were standing outside if the food was good and, when they said, "Excellent!" we went inside to see for ourselves. It's a cute little restaurant and... More

Excellent food! We lived in Germany a year. This is the closest to authentic we've had in the states. Loved the jaeger schnitzel with red cabbage, potato salad, and tomato/cucumber salad.
