The BEST Italian Food in Myrtle Beach

I could go on and on about this restaurant as I have reviewed it before. We have been here 9 or 10 times for dinner with different couples since moving to Myrtle Beach, SC in a year and half. They have a customer appreciation coupon on their web site or in the local free newspaper in our driveway... read more

My husband and I ate at Villa Romana last night for Valentine's Day, and as always it was wonderful. I had the chicken Fiorentine all'Arancia and he had the filet mignon; I asked him on a scale of 1 to 10, how his dinner was and he said, "10." The soup, (which was more flavorful then it had been in... More

We've been frequenting the Villa for some months now, and I figured it was time to write a new review. You cannot beat this restaurant. It is consistently superlative. Jaclyn, the hostess, is just wonderful; a lovely woman. And the wait staff is absolutely fantastic. The ambiance and layout is old-world elegant and cozy. And we can't get enough of... More

Excellent food, great service!!!! When you walk in the door you are greated and we were treated like family. There was so much food, if you leave there hungry, it's your own fault!!!!We will definitely eat here again.

With ownership and cooking by Italian immigrants and a decor that mirrors traditional Roman architecture with columns, statues, live plants, a fountain, and real roses on each table, you cannot help but feel like you are in Rome itself. My wife and I have dined here many times. All the veal dishes are delicious and the seafood offerings as well,... More

We went here our first night in Myrtle Beach due to its good reviews. We were not disappointed. Staff quickly seated us and got us drinks. Our server, Chris, did a great job and was so nice. All entrees include a soup, salad, bruschetta, and rolls. We do not eat meat and the kitchen substituted the free soup that was... More

We went here with another couple for Valentine's Day. There was a special limited menu, so the choices were limited somewhat. Great waiter. Very eager to please and friendly. This place is run by a true Italian family and it shows. Very nice Italian atmosphere, like "old world" look. Not terribly large. A roving accordion player who is talented and... More

I surprised a family member with a trip to Myrtle Beach on her birthday, and knowing she loved Italian cuisine, decided to take her to Villa Romana. I had done a little research online and decided upon this establishment. When the hotel concierge gave this place his endorsement, I knew I had made a good choice. I downloaded a coupon... More

A brilliant evening out, the food was the very bet italian food I have had for a long time. Portion sizes are good. The houe Chianti is bvery smooth and drinkable. I had the portabella mushroom (it was huge) baked with thinly sliced tomatoes, red onions and mozzarella. Succulent and juicy - hmmmmm. Before this they bring a tomatoe based... More

Valentines night dinner here is as always superb. I have reviewed this restaurant once before and they didn't fail us on this evening. We invited a couple we are close to and wanted to share this find with them. The menu was fixed but with great selection. I had crab and lobster ravioli with scallops in a to die for... More
