Have been dining here since the opening in 1985. Food has been consistently fabulous. There is a kids menu as well. The food is a bit pricey, but good. Go on any day but Monday, as that is the only day when there isn't live music.

My wife and I took my three grandchildren to dinner one night during our vacation in Myrtle Beach. Everyone loved their entree. Two of them had Srimp D'Oro, The third had chicken parmigiana, my wife had chicken piccata and I had veal parmigiana. The entrees come with soup, rolls, brushetta and salad. The entrees come with a side of spaghetti... More

The food was authentic and very good! The prices were on the high end side, but it was well worth it. Their portions are very large, and nothing that I had was short of excellent.

Was another excellent dinner as this was our fourth dining experience. I love this place and will be back. Tip: make a reservation at least a couple of days in advance.

We eat a lot of Italian food and Villa Romana is definitely the best restaurant for Italian we've ever been to. We've been every time we vacation and Myrtle Beach and are never disappointed. The service was amazing, the food was fantastic and as always we were more than pleased w/ every aspect. LOVE THIS PLACE.

I have been dining at Villa Romana for many years and recommend it highly for truly authentic Italian Cuisine. Love the soup, salad and bruschetta, entrees are always prepared to perfection. Fran and Rinaldo are wonderful hosts and the wait staff is very professional.

We decided to eat dinner at Villa Romana after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, which turned out to be a great decision. I've been to Myrtle Beach half a dozen times in the past and never noticed this restaurant before while driving along Hwy. 17. Receiving a large, delicious multi-course meal (soup, bruschetta, salad, rolls entrée) for less than $30... More

This is one of the best Italian restaurants on the Grand Strand. From the minute you walk in until you are ready to leave, they treat you like family. The food was wonderful & the service was great. Even the curmudgeon in our group liked it a lot. I will go back in a heart beat.
