This place is absolutely amazing! From the minute you walk in the door you are treated like family. Their family loves on your family and every table gets visited by the management. Dinner prices include a delicious tomato bruchetta appetizer, followed by soup, salad, and the most addictive italian squishy soft rolls with tomato dipping sauce - YUM! After that... More

Excellent Service! Excellent Food! Excellent Atmosphere! Excellent Value! If you spend more than 2 nights in Myrtle Beach (expecting you to eat seafood 1 night) ... You must eat at VILLA ROMANA. We have been eating here over 20 years and it is always worth the wait. We have eaten a lot of Italian in our time, but this meal... More

The food and the wait staff. We had the Veal Absolut. On our second visit I tried the Stuffed Flounder. Both meals were very, very good.

We have drive by Villa Romana many times on our annual visit to Myrtle Beach but never stopped because the parking lot was always jammed. This time, we saw one empty space in front and pulled in. It was a fortuitous decision because the food was great. Even my grumpy sister, who doesn't like Italian, was happy with her dinner.... More

Well what can I say about this place. I've come here to Myrtle Beach for 7 years now. Every September for 10 days and the highlight of our visit is coming here for dinner. Pros. -Exceptional, delicious homemade food. -amazing ambience. Could work for a romantic night or a family night out. -the highlight of course is the accordion player... More

Very nice, welcoming and friendly staff. Good value, varied menu, and tasty food. Accordion music is a pleasant addition.

This was our first time at Villa Romana, even though we have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years. The food was excellent for the very reasonable price, and included an appetizer of the most wonderful Bruschetta, as well as soup, salad, and hot crusty bread! The atmosphere was relaxed and our server, Duffy, was excellent. We enjoyed the entertainment,... More

Picked this restaurant also because of the great reviews. We loved everything, so much food. Delicious rolls, bruschetta, pasta, shrimp, etc. Great selection and large kids menu was a definite plus. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Our server, Tim, was super. Fun personality, knowledgeable and efficient.....awesome!
