Four friends visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration recently. We had heard from neighbors about their cuisine and wanted to experience this location. We made reservations and were happy to have done that because the restaurant was very full when we arrived. We found the actual building a bit claustrophobic since there are no windows and as full as... More

June 29,2016. We were trying to avoid all the "trough" all you can eat places that abound in this area of MB. Found Paradise! Vila Romana is like eating at your Italian grandmas house.,.delicious flavorful and courses keep coming! Weeknight Dinner time had no wait at 7 but 10 minutes later there was huge line. Service was impeccable experienced waiters... More

Our dinner last night was wonderful. The food was tasty and our waiter was beyond accommodating. We have a 2 month old who needed to be taken outside for a bit. The waiter had the foresight to keep my husband's soup warm until he returned with the baby. Very pleased! :) classy and good food

Our server and the kitchen staff were very attentive to my wife's gluten free needs. We enjoyed a beautiful meal with nine family members, two of which were young children, 4 and 2. This is a restaurant that is perfect a special occasion or memorable family dinner, and we will be returning again!

First, let me say this place is terrible. I'm Italian and know how Italian food should taste. This sauce is the absolute worst! There's no seasoning in it. I have to laugh at these jokes of reviews. They go around and hand your their Villa Romana Card and practically BEG you to give them a 5 star review on Trip... More

We're here on vacation, first time in Myrtle Beach, and not sure where to eat. This place was so highly rated we decided to give it a try. I've never had fresher tasting food from a restaurant, they make their own pasta and my Shrimp San Marzano was the best shrimp dish I've ever eaten. A little pricey but well... More

Our family group ranged in age from 84 to 4. We all had a wonderful dinner! Delicious homemade Italian food! Our waiter was adorable and very attentive. The accordion player added a nice touch. Try it!

We are regulars since moving here. Fresh, handmade pasta, magnificent marinara, which everyone gets with fresh, hot bread... superlative Italian food. Hands down the best pasta with clam sauce I've ever had. We lived in Brooklyn, NY for 60 years, and have been to Italy a number of times, and we're telling you: this is authentic, wonderful food. We also... More

Went this past week end on a whim cause it was on the way. Just don't judge a book by its cover because it doesn't stand out from the outside. The inside looks simply dressed up but you won't mind. They give you 4 or 5 courses for every entre. Bruschetta, soup, salad and even spaghetti comes with every non... More
