Was there on vacationa with 4 other people and we went to Villa Romana expecting a good meal, and received one of the best Italian meals ever, the whole dining pleasure was an experience in hospitality and a very good time. The scallops were the best I've ever had, they were cooked perfectly! When we left we felt like we... more

I had a terrible stomach ache from this food and not happy with the service or quality of food. Way overpriced, would have rather gone to Olive Garden which isn't really that good. more

Our trip to Villa Romana was one of the highlights of our stay at Myrtle. The accordion player set the mood and he was hilarious!! My boyfriend ordered the Veal Absolute(topped with some type of Vodka sauce) and I have never tasted such a delicious, rich sauce in my life!! They give you delicious homemade bread and soup for appetizers.... more

We recently went to Myrtle Beach and were told that we had to try this resturant. I have 3 kids that are very picky and they begged to go back. If you ask my kids, they would reccommend the Spaghetti and meatballs. I on the otherhand would say the Veal Ceasar was to die for. The food is great and... more

I recently dined at Villa Romana. It was our first time to the restaurant and definitely will not be the last! Our server was very helpful in suggesting something to our liking. The entree included a soup, salad and homemade bread with dipping sauce that was out of this world! I had a wonderful seafood dish which had shrimp, mussels,... more

Went there for dinner 7/1. Plenty of good food. Prices reasonable, and the service was excellent and personable. I'm not sure I would call it the best restaurant in MB out of the +/- 300 restaurants there are, but it was a very good dining experience and would go back again. more

For me - great things in life are .... family and friends, the beach, fabulous pasta and wonderful wine and conversation to go along with it. At Villa Romana, I felt as if I found it all! The decor made me feel as if I was back in Rome, our waiter Michael was attentive, explained all well for first timers,... more

Great atmosphere, great food, plenty of food. What else can I say? My family, from the adults to the kids really enjoyed the experience. The price is very fair. You will not regret coming to this restaurant. Villa Romana is a casual yet fancy place. For some reason anyone can feel comfortable whether they show up in a t-shirt and... more

Excellent family-run restaurant. Pasta is homemade and very good, cooked perfect. Frutti di Mare is best dish in house but lots of specials to choose from. Michael, the House Accordin player steals the show, he plays everything! Great food, great time, would go back. more
