Good Snow Crab

Went for dinner with the bride. The snow Crab legs were sweet, juicy and easy to eat. Most of the other calabash foods we're mislabeled and most of the trays were 3/4 to fully empty. This included the dessert buffet. I had to complain to the staff who promptly brought out some new trays. They... read more

I'm not a big seafood fan, but have been wanting to try more seafood. Since my boyfriend loves seafood, we decided it wasn't a trip to the beach without a seafood buffet, not to mention I would be able to try something I hadn't had before (and didn't want to pay a lot to find out I didn't like) and... Being from the Midwest, we have limited choices for good seafood. When we saw this place, we jumped all over it. WOW...the amount of choices this place has amazing. You'll probably find just about any seafood choice you're looking for. Having so many choices gave me a chance to try some things that I normally wouldn't (I.E. oysters). If you... More

We had enjoyed our previous visit to this restaurant (2012) but since then things have changed. The décor is fun, very nautical and you are greeted by a Pirate. The food was well presented with several different sections. The unfortunate part was that we love fried Calabash style seafood, but theirs was over breaded, over cooked and seemed like inexpensive... More

This is a normal stop for us when we are in Myrtle Beach. The food is always very good and we love the buffet so that we can sample new seafood!

Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the selection were not up to my standards for the price. They charge as much as others places (Capt George's) which are known for their quality & high standards. If you don't know what Calabash means

We ALWAYS eat here every time we come to Myrtle Beach, usually twice in one week. The selection on the buffet is unbelievable, if you love seafood this is definitely the place to come! My only negative would be that quite a few of the items on the buffet either didn't have a name tag or didn't have the right... More

I enjoyed this over Bennett's. A lot more items on the bar and service was great. I especially enjoyed all you can eat crab legs and the made to order bar.

I'm not one for buffets, not a big eater, so don't feel I get my money's worth, but when I walked in, I was like "OMG". Think it praises 170 items, and we are talking quality choices. We got there right when it opened at 3:30 pm, and on a Tuesday, and by the time we left, it was PACKED!!!... More
