This is one of the highlights of our frequent trips to the Grand Strand. With so much variety, there should be something for about any palate, taste, or preference. The food has always been fresh, and the staff very efficient, yet still pleasant and cheerful. Crab legs are the highlight for those of us who love seafood, and there is... More

This was our first time at the Calabash, but definitely won't be our last! Doors open at 3:30pm, and the parking lot was packed before then. I wondered why until I saw the large flow of crowd the entire visit. The bar is OVERWHELMING! It's so many food choices that you will not know where to start. All of the... More

As we approached the restaurant, we were greeted by a drunken pirate handing out Mardi Gras bead necklaces. We were then taken on a tour by our hostess who shared interesting tidbits about life on the sea and information about their 170 buffet items and locations of grouped food. There were several dining rooms, each laid out differently. The entire... More

I used to work at this restaurant. Now, 25 years later, I'm still taking my wife, family and friends here for special occasions. We even point patrons of our business there if they want the best buffet in town.

My boyfriend and I went during a surprise weekend I planned. He was a little upset I spent so much on dinner (almost $32/person) but after our bellies were full he agreed it was worth it. The restaurant is huge and can seat a LOT of people. We got there at 3:10 not knowing they didnt open until 3:30. However,... More

We come to Benjamin's once a year for mainly the crab legs There's room for 1000 people and over 150 menu items. Food is great, atmosphere is awesome and the service is friendly and warm. Of course such a big buffet would be expensive but 35$ a person is a little pricey. Great food though love the experience , always... More

Excellent all you can eat seafood buffet. Ambiance is great. We came hungry, left all full! Thanks for letting us carry out; paid full buffet, but it was OK, it was worth it, the person we had to leave at our hotel was thankful and full!

Love all the food choices on Thanksgiving for lunch. Also great that they collected can food and took $10 for buffet if you brought in any. Wonderful tasting food.

Went here with a group looking for a nice seafood buffet. It was a little over 30 dollars per person and not worth it. The food was mediocre at best. Some things were dry and disgusting. There are so many good seafood places in Myrtle Beach. Save your money and go somewhere else. After eating all you can eat you... More
