Only here for the crab legs

It's expensive! Some of the calabash items were cold. All of the items on the buffet were just ok. . But the crab legs were worth it! IF you're a big crab leg person, then you can definitely get your money's worth. If not, don't eat here. He crablegs were huge, and none of those scrawny legs... read more

This buffet was huge, but I can't eat gluten, so I stick to crab legs, mussels, shrimp, and sometimes corn at buffets. They do have a gluten free list, but there's always the cross contamination issue. Some of the biggest snow crab legs I've ever seen were brought out about midway through our meal. They were cooked perfectly and tasted... More

No need to write too much about this place. A ton of different dishes, some hot, some not. I tried a few of the creamy fish dishes with varying appreciation but mostly stuck to the different shrimp and crab preparations. The fresh cooked crab legs were good; be sure to get them when they are freshly restocked. If they sit... More

There are far better Calabash-style restaurants at which to eat. The table where we were seated was still sticky from prior guests (as were the chairs). The buffet was a mess given the volume of people and volume of food . . . there was little attention by the staff especially as to how children were getting their food--basically reaching... More

They had a wide variety of foods and kept everything well stocked. It wasnt quality but it definitely was quantity. The staff was friendly and nice. The setup was OK and it was pretty clean. I probably would try a different place next time.

Unless you are a crab leg fan and can eat $32 worth, eating here is not worth it. I figured with all the choices I could find something acceptable to eat. Any fish or meat I had was either cold or completely dried out. Even some of the fried food was cold. The only items I liked was the fresh... More

Very crowded when we went. Not a very relaxing evening for over 30$ a person which does not include drinks. Server forgot to get our drinks which was pretty bizarre to me considering that was primarily his main job. I ordered a "world famous hurricane" that tasted like a glass of Hawaiian punch. I guess that's ok if you like... More

We went there on a Friday evening at 4:30pm. They were busy, but could not keep up with the buffet. Many dishes were empty after many trips to check. They hand you a couple of crableg clusters at a time and don't really staff the carving stations. The food was salty and when we questioned it, we were told they... More

We Went this week for our spring break with a family of 5 so in total we were 10 we were expecting the price to be over $30 per adult, which was fine but what we didn't expect was drinking coffee out of styro foam cups when we asked for coffee mugs the waiter said that their mugs had tiny... More

I have never been one that likes seafood buffets at the beach. They are always a disappointment. No one has lived up to the hype or pictures that they show to get you in the door until now. They have a huge variety of good food. There is something there that everyone would like....not just seafood. Yes, it is a... More
