Ribs... !

This place is great ... you need to be in a mood to eat some ribs and grilled meat. They have a hot dog option that is smothered in fries and cheese and gravy (Poutine)... built for two or three to eat! A pretty big restaurant and it was busy. We had a 20 minute wait but it was worth... read more

The place was very busy, full of families and golfers but we were seated quickly and a waitress was at our table shortly thereafter. My husband and I ordered the ribs, and both of our dinners were dry and over-baked, with very little meat on the ribs. Our son's burger resembled a hockey puck, even though he ordered it cooked... This is a very nice family restaurant. Food is excellent and service is very good. We enjoy the chicken but the steak seems very popular.

Came back here because we had such a good experience the first time. I ordered the baked potato and salad this time. Very good and was not disappointed. Walked right in and was seated immediately, unusual for a Friday night. Our server was very nice and attentive. We will be back for a 3rd time, next time we are back... More

There are lots of seafood buffet restaurants in Myrtle Beach. So we asked locals for their favorites. The answer, Captain George's seafood buffet. It was great...and my family will tell you I am not a buffet fan. It is really a striking restaurant. A notch above other Buffet restaurants. And the seafood was really good! But expect a good size... More

We had the Po boy fish/shrimp sandwich. They were good. Mom had the grilled chicken salad that was huge, and tasted great. The French fries were perfect. Crispy and not bland.our service was great. We never had empty glasses, and our waitress was very very nice.

Very large establishment, quick seating & great service. Beef barbecue did fall off the bone & was incredibly delicious. Honey bread with salad was great and even beans were very good.

We were a group of six that stopped here for lunch and the food was quite average and somewhat overpriced. My flounder po-boy and lemonade came to just over $17 after tax and although the service was very good, I do not appreciate it when a restaurant lists the suggested gratuities that are calculated with the tax included.

We visit Carolina Roadhouse every time we are in Myrtle Beach.....We consider it one of the best! I actually ate there twice....The salad with croissants is the best start to any meal. I love the seafood gumbo and there prime rib is very, very good. I also had the assorted fried seafood and it was OK but I have had... More
