Hit and Miss Valentine's Day

The Melting Pot is a special occasion restaurant, and as such, can be a fabulous, ordinary, or dismal experience. This was not one of the "fabulous" dining experiences for us on Valentine's Day. It is located in a little shopping enter, but the service was great and the waiter was extremely helpful. Chris Smith was our waiter and he made the whole evening special.

This fondue restaurant was the best. The service was very nice and very good at their job. The food was the best. The price is a little high. With the popular 4 course choice-you can expect to pay 50$ per person with regular drink and tip. My family loved it.

From the moment we walked in the door we received excellent service. Our server Dan was very friendly, courteous and professional. My husband and I celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary at the Melting Pot and Dan helped to make our experience there, one we'll not soon forget. First time experiencing fondue, and it was worth every penny! Oh and did... More

We went for Veteran's Day. Still spent well over $100.00 with the free meal for Veterans. I like the atmosphere. It's dark, but cozy. There isn't quite enough room on the table for all of the plates they bring out. The cheese had a great flavor, but it wasn't really hot. I can't explain that because it cooks right at... More

Our waitress Erin did an amazing job helping us understand the menu and picking the perfect fondue for us! Everything tasted great and the s'mores chocolate was amazing!

Went to Melting Pot for my birthday. Had a great time, just the 2 of us. Fondue was fantastic. Price not bad since we shared a meal and couldn't even eat all of the single 4 course meal. Great salad except for the very hard nuts. Meats were really good, surprised by the size of the lobster tail included in... More

Yes is expensive and yes you have to do some cooking but it's fun, the food is delicious, I wouldn't recommend this place for families with kids, but is perfect for couples . Original, good food, service and specially atmosphere.
