What drew our attention as we were driving by were the black awnings; very classy for a non-descript location. We went the next night for Happy Hour and sat in the bar. Allen greeted us right away, and made us feel like regulars. We planned to have an appetizer and then move to the dining area for dinner. But we... More

Having just arrived in Myrtle Beach, we looked for a great meal to celebrate our vacation. We got two great meals (shrimp and grits, stuffed flounder), great service and a classy room. If you want fine dining at the beach, this is your go-to place.

This was our second visit to Aspen Grill and it did not disappoint. We try not to eat in chain restaurants in general so when traveling to Myrtle Beach your options become limited as to Great local flavor. The food is a work of art and the service is even better.

My first time at Aspen Grille was excellent and this second time was equally good. Three of us went on a crowded Wednesday evening for my son's birthday celebration and the food and service was excellent. There was a minor glitch in that our server spilled a small amount of my son's beer while serving it (accidents do happen) but... More

We spent five nights in Myrtle Beach along with friends of ours who were attending a conference. We always check out Trip Advisor, Yelp, or ask locals about the restaurants they would recommend in the area. Since Aspen Grille ranks so high on Trip Advisor, we decided to give it a try. I will start out by saying that our... More

Studied T/A reviews for a good steak house in Myrtle. Been to NY Prime several times and it is okay, Ruth's Chris is consistent and our usual "go to". We decided to try Aspen Grille and came away with the following thoughts: Make reservations - they were turning away walk-ins (Friday night); The piano music was a nice touch and... More

What a nice surprise--so different from the typical Myrtle Beach "stuff your gut with crab legs" warehouse. Our delightful dinner was surprisingly quiet even though the place was packed. The service was excellent and the food was awesome. Chocolate martini and the fried green tomatoes were an excellent start. For dessert we recommend the 10-layer scratch chocolate fudge yellow cake... More

We enjoyed a nice meal on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was busy but not crowed. We had the fish specials which were a Mahi dish with an Okra ragut over potatoes-very good, and a Grouper with a succotash over rice also very good. We started with the She-crap bisque which was an ample portion and very flavorful. The wines... More

After years of traveling to Myrtle for business I FINALLY have a favorite! Last week while on business I went and ate at the bar. The food was delicious! Great wine list, great bartender, cool laid back atmosphere. I will go back...frequently!
