Chestnut Hill is hidden among some trees along Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach. I have eaten here for several years and have yet to have a bad meal. The wait staff is always helpful. I enjoy their crab cakes. Their "early bird" specials are very good and nice portions. If we are going to a show, an early bird dinner... More

The food was delicious, the server (Steve) was friendly and attentive. Plus, you can watch the alligators while waiting for your meal.

The only reason this gets a 2 star rather than a 1 star rating is because of the view of the lake and it's resident critters - alligators and turtles - which held the attention of our 5 and 9 yr. old children while we ate dinner. The only thing that was excellent with regard to our food was the... More

We went to 5-6 restaurants and all had long waits. It was our last night and we stumbled on Chestnut Hill. We were so happy we did. The service was great, the food was awesome and the old time supper club atmosphere was what we hoped for. We wish we found it sooner. Though price was as high as buffets... More

This restaurant does happy hour daily! Wine was $3.50 and a decent sized glass. Delicious appetizers, especially the lobster Mac and cheese. Homemade potato chips are also excellent! View of the pond makes a nice atmosphere!

Quick seating. Waited 10 minutes to juices ordered. Food was good with wide variety. Had to ask to have coffee refilled. Needed more wait staff even with Buffett. Seems like they had as many people cleaning tables as they did wait staff.

We ate here for no other reason than the restaurant right next door, the Chesapeake House, was packed with a one hour wait. We love the Chesapeake House, but very few places are worth an hour wait, especially when the place next door offered immediate seating. It turns out that it was a pleasant surprise because this restaurant was very... More

We have always eaten at this restaurant. Year after year for at least the past 9 years and everything was always wonderful. We had dinner here tonight and it was not the same. We ordered the early bird ribeye steak. It was so thin, you couldn't get it medium rare. They did remove it from our bill. Everyone else ordered... More
