Description: Chestnut Hill is nestled along a small lake filled with alligators...
Chestnut Hill is nestled along a small lake filled with alligators, turtles and much much more to delight the whole family while dining. We feature only the freshest of ingredients and make every sauce from scratch. We served fresh and local seafood, Certified Angus Beef, and specialize in mesquite grilling our food over an open flame. Happy Hour is every day from 4-7 PM in our lounge bar and we have an early smaller menu every day from 4-6 PM. Sunday Brunch Buffet is served every Sunday from 10 AM till 1:30 PM. Private dining facilities are available with the best kept secret in Myrtle Beach, The Packhouse, which is upstairs and totally private. Please call today for a reservation.

Solid dinner choices in a nice setting

This restaurant is in a fun setting and we were fortunate enough to have a front row seat to the very entertaining alligators and turtles. We went to the early bird dinner time since we were with our "cheapie" friends. The bar poured a really decent Manhattan according to hubs. We ordered the... read more

We arrived for our 6pm reservation and were seated at the window overlooking a water area with many turtles and even an alligator. We had the BEST server, Shana. She told us about great specials and her personal favorites. The fried dill pickle slices were awesome! Great salads, bisquits and muffins. Shana took the time to make sure we had... More

We had a really nice meal last week while on vacation. We were hungry early and decided it made sense to try the Early Bird (better on our wallets too obviously). Often times I find the wait staff will try to stear us away from the lower priced specials but this was not the case. He was very accommodating and... More

What a great way to enjoy your vacation. While you are eating great seafood and fine steaks you get to watch the area alligator swim by. The service, food and atmosphere are fantastic.

My wife had received a recommendation for Chestnut Hill , and we went during our recent Myrtle Beach vacation. CH is nothing to look at from the outside but inside is warm and friendly, with excellent service. The meals were reasonably priced, served fairly promptly and not bad (but not exceptional - would suggest you avoid the chicken parmesan -... More

We had not been to Chestnut Hill in 20 years. It was as good now as it was then. They accept reservations so it's a perfect restaurant when you don't want to spend 2 hours waiting for a table. The food is outstanding and they have extensive seafood, along with pasta, steak and chicken dishes.

Nice atmosphere. The cheese rolls and cranberry muffins are wonderful. My tuna was overlooked. I ordered rare, and it was medium.

This used to be our favorite restaurant in the area but I was very unhappy with the food. I had the shrimp platter that had three different shrimp dishes; two were alright but the third was not very palatable. Her aunt got the seafood platter and could not even eat the fish as it was too strong. It smelled strong.... More
