This place was very expensive and the food was not that great. We should have chosen the Japanese steakhouse instead. The services was good.

Great signage and curb appeal drew us in looking for a good steak. The salads were lame and served with very small plastic containers of dressing....so much for fine dining....mine was actually sour cream. I complained of the error to the waiter who then brought me bleu cheese dressing. Actually had to ask for a new salad...apparantly the waiter didnt... More

Apparently Kansas City Steakhouse is also the Brazilian Steakhouse. For a steakhouse, there was a limited choice in steaks and the steaks we ordered were flavorless. Won't go back.

This place is the worst place in Myrtle beach. Staff doesn't understand English, kept bringing us the wrong stuff. Asked for coke several times, she kept bringing diets then when we told her she brought diet once again. Food was crap, everyone's was out at different times! Prices are ridiculous.I've seriously never seen a waitress mess up as much as... More

Tonight my family ate at this restaurant and every one of us had the worst meal we had ever eaten at a restaurant. Each person's food arrived at our table at a different time. Ine of my children had fjnished his meal before the last child recieved hers. The last child ordered salmon. She was half way done when she... More

I've never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. Our intention was to go the Kansas City Steakhouse, however, there were ropes blocking the entrance, so we continued to use the other door that was for the Brazilian Grill. We had a party of 7, four adults and three children. As another reviewer stated many of the servers do... More

Save yourself a visit and do not come to this place. Name being "Kansas City steakhouse" you would think there should be one person that spoke English. Not only did they not speak English, they laughed at us. We ordered 3 Long Island ice teas to find out they were purely some off brand of coke. Putting the drinks aside,... More

We love the Brazilian Grill part of the restaurant. They have steaks on skewers, they walk around with them and if you want it you tell them. They have many different kinds of steak, and flavors. We had awesome service. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a salad bar with everything on it from soup to sushi.... More

We decided to go to Kansas City Steakhouse on a Saturday night, hoping for a great meal, good atmosphere and a nice dining experience. Unfortunately, we got none of that here. We discovered that the restaurant is going thru a transition...it will soon be known as the "Charcoal Steakhouse," and so all Kansas City Steakhouse signage has been taken down.... More
