The decor of Mad Myrtles is all vintagey with lots of cool old photos of the boardwalk. We really enjoyed looking at it all. The ice cream is Mayfield brand. The topping were super generous and the guy at the counter was really nice.

On the board walk tonight & stopped in for some ice cream. Staff was smiling an attentive, and wasn't over priced for the location.

kids wanted a snack so we stopped here on our walk back to the hotel. that was a huge mistake. I ordered nachos and cheese. As she fixed it, one of my chips fell on the counter and she picked it up and ate it. I asked for some foil or something so that we could take it to go... More

This was our favorite ice cream place in Myrtle Beach! The employees were very friendly, the ice cream delicious, and the portion sizes excellent!

Tasty little shop with snacks, great for getting to walk around boardwalk/strip. The soft pretzels and cheese were good lots of old photos of myrtle and old times decor. Love the feel of the place (Somehow my previous review shows kinky 1 star. Should be 5)

Lots of ice cream choices, including milk shakes, toppings, etc. Cute little nostalgic themed store right on Ocean Ave. Great place to stop. Take your ice cream to go and sit near the sky wheel.

Decided to stop in after being in the gay dolphin for a while. We wanted to look at the menu for a minute and the girl at the cash register just stared at me, so I told her we needed a minute and stepped back out of the way. She continued to stare until we finally ordered. While she is... More

We were craving for some ice cream and this seemed like a good place. I thought the cookie cone was interesting and wanted to try. I asked for the one tan one with small chunks of chocolate. The attendee insisted in serving my ice cream in a chocolate cone. Also, he did not ask how many scoops - just assumed... More

I've never not finished a caramel sundae. I couldn't event eat this one. Ice cream was flavorless and caramel was burnt. By the time we made it back to the room, my sundae was hard as a rock from the caramel. I flipped ice cream all over myself trying to chop through the caramel. I gave up. Pretty annoyed because... "Best ice cream ever" were my daughter's words after her first taste. The ice cream is super creamy and they give generous scoops.
