fExcellent food; knowledgeable service !

Had dinner at Mrs. Fish's our second night in Myrtle Beach. Not certain we'll ever do better for fresh fish...anywhere. The sea scollops were very large and the best I've ever had. My husband had grouper for the first time, at the suggestion of the lone server. He said it was awesome. Mom had the... read more

Wow! I would never have gone into this storefront, but once inside I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly server and great food! I had grilled grouper (2) tacos which were generous and the fish was flakey, moist and fresh. Hush puppies were perfect. Gumbo was sweeter than normal but delicious all the same. Group came in while we were... More

My husband and I ate at Mrs. Fish on our recent trip to Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed the "hole in a wall" diner ambiance, the friendliness of the lady server, and the the wonderful fresh seafood. Words fail me when I try to describe the shrimp tempura. Suffice it to say, it's the best I've ever had anywhere in my... More

We returned to Myrtle Beach for another vacation and ate at Mrs Fish twice. The lady running while the owner was away was very nice. The food was the best seafood we had while on the coast. Mrs Fish was one of the reasons why we chose Myrtle Beach!!! Don't let the exterior of the building keep you away.

We were on vacation and wanted a good, non-touristy seafood restaurant. We ordered grilled grouper, grilled and fried shrimp, and a fried oyster appetizer. The oysters would melt in your mouth! The grouper was cooked perfectly as was the shrimp. We enjoyed our meal hot and fresh from the grill. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The price was great... More

If you are looking at this review, very likely you are like us trying to find a good seafood place. We are seafood lovers from NJ and we were expecting the best in MB. Unfortunately many restaurants in MB are simply tourist traps, we were disappointed until we tried Mrs. Fish. It's a pity that it was our last night... More

We were on vacation in Myrtle Beach for a week, and craving seafood, but we didn't want to pay the outrageous prices at most of the seafood places, and didn't want sub-par buffet food either. After reading Trip Advisor reviews, I chose Mrs. Fish and upon arriving, realized I had eaten there about 8 years ago. The food was great,... More

We found this place from doing a search on TripAdvisor. We went at Happy Hour and were very impressed with the quality of the seafood. We ate a variety of fish from cooked to raw and the quality was top rate. We will be back for sure!!

Heard about this little place from a local friend. Not fancy, but VERY good. Don't let the outside fool you.
