The restaurant has been out of business and closed for several months. Jersey Mike's Subs is in its place.
The food they had was very good but they did not have as much variety as the other Brazillian steakhouse, their salad bar was definetly much smaller but then again price was almost half so for the money it was great but if you want the most variety its not the place to go
I have eaten at Brazilian Steakhouses in Rio; Boston; Horsham; New York; and Rioz; up until I ate at Gauchao the worst one was NYC but Gauchao had bad service and the food was subpar.
Not anything special about any of the Brazilian Steakhouses. Food is average. I really don't like people cutting food above my head. Makes me uncomfortable.
Just nothing compared to Rioz. I believe they have closed. Service was extremely slow and overwhlmed. The food was not very good quality and not many meat choices.
This is all you can eat meat and salad bar. Meat is served on skewers by the wait staff dressed as Gauchos. Meat is delicious, especially the lamb chops.
Gauchao's was a great find. In Myrtle Beach, you see TONS of seafood places. We were looking for red MEAT for a change, specifically a Brazilian Steakhouse. We were glad we spotted this place.
