good food

Dined with the family, food was good. Felt like maybe the garlic fries were a little small for an appetizer for 3 people but tasted good. My 9 year old ordered the cheese pizza and a side of fries that she never touched. The server explained that the pizza was the only kids meal that didn't come... read more

This restaurant is not in the mainstream tourist area. Great. In the middle of a beautiful new neighborhood, the brewery had several very good beers that were available for a sample before I chose my favorite. We have a round before ordering and then chose a fish taco that was absolutely delicious. The garlic french fries were also very good.... More

This is a very new area in Myrtle beach and I love a place with better than average pub food into, well not cuisine... but almost and the craft beer... or quality beer selection. I found this stop a very nice treat. I was in town to play some golf and avoid any cooking. If you are in south Myrtle,... More

His birthday, so I am the designated driver (and not a beer drinker, anyway..). We stopped in one day for drinks and an appetizer and went back the next for lunch. The food was good.. but the coffee was AWFUL.. the lemonade delicious. I love my coffee, and therefore only four stars.. but the service was fast, efficient and friendly.

We were looking for a nice place that wouldn't break the bank (and where we wouldn't need to dress up). Enter Gordon Biersch, which was not only a beautiful restaurant, but SUPER tasty. Not only that, but it's located in Market Commons, which was a perfect place to walk off all the fantastic food we'd just eaten. A beautiful hideaway... More

A good brewery and very good menu. Brandon, our server, was excellent. I wish more servers were as sincere and efficient as he was. I had grilled vegetable salad and crab fritters. This was a light meal but I was too full to try to the Bread Pudding dessert I had planned on having but will save for another time.... More

We had another great casual dinner at Gordon Biersch last night. The craft beers are excellent...our favorite is the Marzen. We each ordered a burger and also an appetizer. Not only was everything cooked and presented perfectly but the attentiveness of the staff is what keeps us coming back. Our waiter was courteous, attentive and spaced our courses well. The... More

This was our first time in Myrtle Beach, so of course we didn't know which places were touristy and which were not. So we did have a few very average, over-priced meals - however this was not one of them! My husband is a beer nerd, and LOVED his beer sampler. For me, this was the only restaurant that week... We ate at Gordon Biersch when visiting the beach last week. We found it when shopping at the Market Commons. We ate seafood and both of our dinners were delicious. Service was good and the micro brews were good and cold. Nice for a chain restaurant.
