Stayed at the Marriott Oceanwatch, so Ciao was within 5 minutes of the resort. Ate there after a round of golf. We had lots of questions for Tim (our waiter) and since everything on the menu sounded delicious, he helped us narrow down our choices. Food and Service was fantastic -- You won't be disappointed.

While on vacation, we decided to go to Ciao based on the reviews. It was one of the best meals we have had. The service is excellent and food is amazing. Reservations are a must.

We went to Ciao! last night on the recommendation of Trip Advisor. The place is small, appears to always full of people enjoying themselves. The serving staff were great, very attentive and personable. The menu's seemed to cover everything and the wine list was excellent! We ordered Caeser Salad to start, it was ok, lettuce was fresh and cold but... More

We found this place on trip advisor and were so impressed with our dinners tonight. Pork Bosco, grouper, pasta and the amazing tiramisu were all fantastic. Very small restaurant. We recommend you make reservations. Loved it. We will be back next time we are in Myrtle Beach. Thanks for the amazing service Josh!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant outside of New York city!!! Family owned, small, always busy and the food is authentic and delicious. I love the pasta dishes but everything from the grilled fish to the chicken dishes is first class. We were served by Tim, by my request when I made the reservation, because he is always so pleasant... More

This was chosen by our friends who are locals. It was delicious. Tiny tiny, you must have reservations. Mostly frequently by locals. They serve beer and wine, no alcohol. Only complaint? Portions were too large! My veal Marsala so delicious. We shared tiramisu for dessert and it too was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Had dinner here with husband and 14 year old son on April 2, 2014. And we have already made reservations to go back tonight (April 4, 2014). Needless to say, we all three loved it! Son had manicotti, first time to wander away from traditional spaghetti and meatballs. He said it was great. Husband and I both had specials. He... More

My wife and I chose Ciao! over other highly Trip Advisor rated Italian restaurants in Myrtle Beach. We did so because it was ranked #1 and you just can't fake that many outstanding reviews to reach the top out of 726+ restaurants in the area. We actually drove past the restaurant because it is not very noticeable from the road.... More

Excellent service. Food was somewhere between average and good. Bit too noisy. Overall we enjoyed. What is this 100 character deal in this app?
