What a great place. You can take your dead dogs picture in a 4x 6 or 5x7 wood frame and they hang it on the wall. The food was excellent. The music was really good. I could have eaten there more then once. Had fried grouper, oyster, shrimp and scallops.

Since we live here we stop by the Dead Dog Saloon often. On the weekends that they have bands it is fun to have dinner and then stay for the entertainment. The food is always good and it has something for everyone to enjoy.

If you are coming to the Myrtle Beach area, the Dead Dog is a must. Great entertainment and good food. They just added a few new flat screen TVs. Prices are good. Very good wings. We also just had breakfast there overlooking the marsh and it was beautiful. We moved to Murrells Inlet five years ago from NY and it... More

This was a great choice for watching the game. We were on vacation and asked if they could switch the TV nearest us to our home team's game. Even though we were apparently the only ones interested in that game, they were happy to do so, although without the sound, since the more local Washington game was the choice of... More

Based on TripAdvisor reviews we stopped here for breakfast. It was amazing. I had the lobster with home fries, 2 eggs and grits. The portion was way more than i could eat. My husband gladly finished it. There was about a cup of perfectly cooked and tender lobster! The potatoes seemed to be hand cut red skin potatoes with amazing... More

This place had good food and if you don't mind loud, the ambiance is fun. Try the she crab soup, it's delicious.

I have eaten at the very popular Dead Dog Saloon in Murrells Inlet on numerous occasions for lunch but only recently learned they serve breakfast every day of the week. I went with two friends while our husbands went fishing and GO, GO, GO for breakfast. We were there on a mild, sunny morning in mid September so had a... More

We wanted a good "snack" for dinner. Locals suggested Dead Dog Saloon. We weren't disappointed. I had shrimp cocktail and hubby had garlic Parmesan wings. Both excellent and large portions. Reasonable prices. Large screen TVs for sports fans. Large bar area. Large outdoor dining area. Will definitely go back!

Had the stacked grouper. 2 pieces of grouper with a crab cake in-between on top of sautéed spinach. Service was friendly and the drinks were good.

Loved the steam pot, and the crab cake sandwich. The view was awesome! The beer was good and cold! The music was fun. But when the game began the music was turned off!
