I just came from eating at Miyabi with my husband and his brother's family, which included our 3 year old niece. Our server was Glenn and John was our chef. Glenn wanted to know where everyone was from and made jokes, changed accents, and used a good amount of sarcasm during the whole experience. John cooked with flair as is... More

This is not my first choice for dining, but my extended family and my kids like it. There is nothing too unique. The food is good and the service is very friendly. It is crowded and it is a favorite of the tourists and so their policies are listed extensively throughout the menu with "No Substitutions" and "Pay Extra", here... More

My cousin took us here for sushi. He works and lives in the area and spoke of the great sushi. We came in the middle of July on a Friday night and were sat immediately in the sushi dining room (separate from the hibachi area). All I can say is wow! So many options and different sushi dishes to choose... More

You do get a lot of food and they do all the standard hibachi tricks. The rice had no egg in it and was kind of bland. I've had better and worse hibachi, it's ok.

The MIYABI Japanese Steak House, in Murrell's Inlet, SC, is well known for it's Hibachi style Japanese steak and seafood. However the locals know it is also one of the best sushi restaurants on the Grand Strand. Take (The Head Chef) and his skilled team of chefs and apprentices quickly prepare a wide variety of Sushi and Asian treats. I... More

To start we did the early bird special which is 4 to 5 every day. But you still are going to shell out around $20 a person with a drink. The clear soup to start was just that nothing in it. Normally you get some mushrooms and things in the soup. Nothing in this soup! Then the salad came. It... More
