My family and I come to the Murrells Inlet area almost every winter on vacation with the family. We have heard many great recommendations about Miyabi's for years, but figured it wasn't worth the money with so many kids. Now that the kids are older we decided to try it, and it was absolutely amazing! I was quickly welcomed by... More

We took our grandsons here and although we waited much longer then we were told it would be, the food was very good. There was a kids menu and you have to try the squid salad. GREAT! I would go back every time in the area.

While on the drive to another restaurant in the area, we noticed Miyabi and given that my dining companion had been dying for sushi we spontaneously changed plans and pulled into the parking lot. I have tried a little sushi but have never had the full-blown sushi / sashimi meal. I agreed to put myself in my buddy's hands and... More

We moved away and miss this place like crazy. Maria and her staff are great. We honestly didn't realize how excellent their food is until we moved to a town where good Japanese does not exist. The staff is fun and entertaining. The sauces and dressings are far any other we've had.

Anthony/Gerrard and Toyota gave us the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. It was hard to eat with all of the laughing we were doing. The portions are so large that I was able to get 3 lunches out of the leftovers, which I didn't mind I could eat there food everyday. We even went back for... More

I will keep this simple - even if you don't like sushi, go to this restaurant as the steaks, scallops, prawns, lobster and other food is just wonderfully prepared - in front of you - in a most entertaining way. A fraction more expensive perhaps than some other steakhouses but well worth the visit. One of the best meals I... More

We have been to many tepanyaki steakhouses and this is one of the better ones. The portions are generous, the food is quite good and the show is excellent. They have excellent vegetarian options as well. Reservations are an absolute necessity.

I just came from eating at Miyabi with my husband and his brother's family, which included our 3 year old niece. Our server was Glenn and John was our chef. Glenn wanted to know where everyone was from and made jokes, changed accents, and used a good amount of sarcasm during the whole experience. John cooked with flair as is... More
