Russell's "treat the customer better than you would want to be treated" motto was exhibited by his entire staff. Great food, excellent service! From the Red Vette Group

Enjoyed one of the best meals I've had in a long time at Russell's yesterday. Started with a cold beer and icy mug. The salad was fresh, complimentary hush puppies warm and crispy and my entree (blackened grouper) was delicious! Erica (a pro as a bartender and waitress) couldn't have been better, and the owner also followed up several times... More

Have eaten here before and looked forward to a return, but this experience just wasn't up to par. Some of the meal - appetizers (oyster stew & she crab soup were superb; soft shell crab entree got a good review, but broiled flounder was a bit over cooked and was, therefore someway dry and tasteless. We opted to share a... More

Loved our seafood at Russells. Great Service too. Close to Marsh Walk. Definitely will be back when we visit again.

We were welcomed by smiling faces & has the absolute best waitress named Kate! The view was awesome and the food was outstanding only surpassed by the service we received. Even the owner came by to speak to us about our experience .This is a treasure you simply must go to if you're in the Murrells Inlet area .

This place stays busy , we got there on a weeknight in March around 8pm and still had a wait. The hostess was nice enough however to give us a basket of hush puppies to hold us over. I ordered the fried oysters and shrimp and they were large and delicious with just a very light not overpowering batter to... More

Enjoyed amazing crab ball appetizers and delicious homemade hush puppies with honey butter. Reasonable prices and very friendly service, including a welcome at the door by Russell himself. Ahi tuna cooked to perfection and superb key lime pie with homemade graham cracker crust.

Drift down to the south end of Murrells Inlet for the best seafood in the Seafood Capital of South Carolina. We were welcomed to Russell's, promptly, shown to our table and then introduced to Tracey, one of the best waitresses we have enjoyed in our travels. She is quite personable and, more importantly, helped us select our entrees - grouper... More

Have been coming to the beach for many years but have never ate at Russell's. Stopped here on our stay this visit after reading some reviews on tripadvisor. Food was absolutely delicious. The service was great - (Tracy was our waitress). This won't be our last visit, already looking forward to next time.
