Good Food, Better Service, Easy Parking

A real treat for a casual dinner out. If making reservations, ask for a table by the fire place in winter, really lovely and cosy. The appetizers are the best of the menu, in my opinion, especially the shrimp campeche. Flavorful and spicy with a few nice chunks of shrimp, I love sea bass which was... read more

We tried several appetizers and our group split a couple entrees and I can say that everything I tried was wonderful. I really enjoyed the shrimp and grits and the sea scallops for the entrees, but I'm not sure you could go wrong with anything you chose. The drinks were well made and the service was excellent. We had a... More

This restaurant is among the best in the Charleston area. Across the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. Fantastic food, and electric atmosphere and very friendly and comfortable place. The food is exceptional. Every one of the employees are top drawer. One of my favorite places to eat when in the Charleston area. Highly recommend, outstanding. Although, I don't recommend it for... More

We had the pleasure of dining at the Red Drum last night and we were not at all disappointed. It was Friday night so the place was busy. Service was not fast but it was steady and they took good care of us. Drinks came quickly and they brought bread early on. We all wanted a dinner salad which does... More

We arrived at dinner time on a Thursday evening to find a big crowd who were having a large time!! A little noisier than I remembered and had to wait for a seat at the bar. But we were soon seated for a very pleasant evening.......good food, great wine and cocktails, plus superior service.

This restaurant is a must on your trip to Charleston. Food is so different and delicious. Service can't be beat...Wine service is wonderful. Outdoor dining as well as in...Comfortable, different decor..and well- staffed. Food is $$ but well worth it. You will get an enjoyment from your visit.

We were on our annual trip to wild dunes and went to this restaurant for the first time. Staff was great , food was great and the wines as well. We had the rum cake for dessert ( shared) and I think that is what brought us back. My husband had the pork chop and he actually repeated that on... More

We used to live in Mt Pleasant and try to return to Charleston when we can. Stopped at Red Drum for their weekend brunch. Fork and knife tacos - sooo good! We've added Red Drum to our list of favorites and plan to stop every time we're in the area!
