Outstanding food

Best Corned Beef Hash we have ever had. The whole menu is very good. We have eaten here a few times and it is worth coming back for the food, but we have experienced servers with a bit of an attitude.

After several times reading reviews, we decided to go for breakfast. It was 4 adults and 4 children. We got the eggs benedict and a New Orleans special that was similar to the benedict but had shrimp and a boom boom sauce. Simply amazing food. The only complaint is not having crayons or something else for the kids but I'll... More

Average. Very Average. Which means if your hungry and find yourself in it's parking lot - then fine, consume away. But, we would not recommend this place because the food is just not memorable although the selection is large. I also remember boxes of canned and packaged goods jammed into shelves left for all to see near the rear dining... More

We've only been here twice, for breakfast, and we love it. Last time I had a special that had oysters, and it was delicious. An imaginative menu, lots of options, and all very tasty. If you're staying on IOP, and want a change from Sea Biscuit, and Acme, go here.

I stop here a couple times a week and always greeted my friendly, smiling staff. Food is served hot and with fresh ingredients. Coffee is great and your cup never runs empty. There are always great daily specials and a nice variety on the menu. Get there early, because the place fills up fast. Even when busy, you never have... More

I wasn't sure I was going to be able to find this place, but I sure am glad I did. Great menu of breakfast and lunch items and a specials board. I chose the Cafe Special - fried chicken breast atop wilted spinach with bacon, Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and chipotle hollandaise. Came with your choice of eggs and grits... More

If you are looking for friendly service and a good cup of java...this is the place. Unfortunately I can't find anything good to write about the breakfast food. The grits were watery and bland, the eggs were overcooked and tasteless, the ham was paper thin, dry and ...yup...tasteless. The chippers were cold, limp, and tasteless. Perhaps the waffles are good... More

As out of towners, we were looking for a local place to have breakfast and found it here. Our waitress was friendly, the food was very good, the portions large, and prices reasonable. Would definitely return. I had no idea what chippers were...

Reviews said it could be busy and it was but we got there just before they started to make people wait and we were able to be seated right away. The place has great food and that is why they are busy. Service was excellent !!!

My sister and I ate at the Charleston cafe for breakfast during our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. I had a waffle that had fruit and nuts on it and it was the best waffle i have ever eaten. It was so good that we went back the next day so my sister could... More
