A very special place to dine. Located i an old Victorian home the atmosphere is intimate, food and service excellent
We were a little apprehensive driving to The Brentwood... it was about 25km out of Myrtle Beach and is definitely not "on the strip". That said, the moment we stepped through the front door, what a beautiful place. It oozes history. Met by Joe our waiter who seated us promptly and immediately got us squared with a glass of wine.... This pre Easter special is very popular. Yes, the place was noisy and full. The food was nicely prepared and the serving staff tried very hard and succeeded in keeping up. We would recommend this place since the dinner was so nice. Much of the food in this area is okay. This is better.
Just finished our anniversary evening dinner at The Brentwood. Sooo good! Wec ate here in October for my birthday and for valentine's day. Food was deelish as in the past. Cant wait until it warms a little bit more so we can sit outside. Thank you for a great evening. Also Michelle did a great job!
This is the third year we have gone to the Brentwood for dinner. Last year we found the meal was not as good as the first year. This year we found our meals to be just ordinary. We enjoyed a special dinner while here on vacation. The restauarant has the feel of a historic southern home, and the owner's/staff further build on that feel. The food was wonderful and distinctly cooked and displayed. It's ok to go to Calbash, but do yourself a favor for a different night a few blocks away.
good food, wonderful atmosphere and 5 star service ---the best in little river loved the stories told by the wait staff of "ghosts" seen in the restaurant and their story---
Eric and Kim have a very unique cuisine, which is extremely good. They are our neighbors and we were happy to go to their restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised, the food was excellent and the wine pairings were very complimentary. We have eaten there several times. The restaurant is in an old mansion with very unique eating spaces, the atmosphere... More
We loved every aspect of this restaurant! The food was creative and fresh and the choices very appealing. Our server Kevin was very attentive without making us feel rushed. A table visit from the chef/owner Eric Masson was a nice touch and made the evening even more special.
The food was excellently prepared. The staff was friendly and made you feel very comfortable upon arrival. Owners Kim and Eric were most friendly and welcoming. Michelle our server was very helpful and went above and beyond her duties as a server. This restaurant is definitely a fine dinning experience in a feel at home atmosphere. We highly recommend it.
