Friday night with friends in town they wanted to eat at the oldest restaurant in little river. The restaurant has been recently renovated and all tho old tired interior has a fresh clean look. The fried green tomatoes were crispy and good as we're the hush puppies . We all enjoyed our dinners which were all fried (well) crisp not... More

My family has been coming here for the last 25 years and we are always delighted! Food is great, atmosphere is inviting and relaxed! Love the crab stuffed shrimp!

We wanted to see Little River area which was neat. The food here was very normal for local seafood shacks. Shrimp was a bit better than other places. Fish was fresh and good. Sit outside to see charters coming in and see what they catch. We were able to see 2 sharks being brought in. Discount on food if you... More

Down to visit the in-laws for the 4th of July weekend. We normally head up to Calabash for seafood but decided to stay close with the Hurricane Arthur weather. We were pleasantly surprised. They had $5 hurricanes, the fired flounder and the blackened Mahi were delicious, and the hush puppies were great. Our waiter was attentive and quick with the... More

Had lunch today with several friends. While drinks were cold and welcome service was slow. Food wise we ordered a variety of sandwiches (burgers, fish, etc) along with appetizers. It was a consensus that while we had fun and enjoyed the creek side venue it was not a "must return venue". Good place for drinks though.

We went here on a Saturday night. The lack of diners should have been a big warning flag. We started with a dozen raw oysters. The oysters were tiny and hardly worth the $15 premium price. I mentioned how small they were to our server and he just said "yes they are". My entree was the stuffed flounder. Flounder fillet... More

Who'd've thought a great seafood restaurant would have such a great burger?!! Really delish, and a nice size! Nice waterfront view from the inside, tho better view on the small deck. Lots of inside seating, so we weren't crowded even though a large group. Server was attentive each time. Definitely a recommendation!

Had the fish nuggets before we went out on the sea screamer and they were great. Our waitress was awesome.

We dined here for dinner and the food was outstanding. We got grouper bites and they were lightly breaded and came with both a tarter and a remoulade sauce. Both were outstanding. Food and service was excellent! Definitely a must try!

To be fair, I can't say for sure, but it appeared that the management decided to have a limited menu during the Blue Crab Festival so as to better accommodate larger than usual diners. Hence, it appeared that the crab cakes were precooked and likely microwaved. They were also small and not terrifically tasty. The server was quite nice and... More
