Dragon roll!

The sushi was great! We ordered a little of everything to share. The sesame chicken was the best I have ever tasted, the Dragon and Godzilla rolls were spectacular! We sat in front of the chef line and was treated to the culinary creating station. Couldn't understand a thing the chefs were... read more

This is one of my most frequented restaurants in the area, however this was my first visit to the Lexington location. I don't think the young lady serving me had any training at all to be a waitress, and that surprises me, as the owner seems to take pride in the operation overall. She did not listen or ask questions... More

So my family have visited many of the Miyos restaurants around town and generally have good service but today's experience has to be the lowest. Ordered a flank steak salad and got what I would consider meat so raw that it shouldn't have been served under any circumstances. No point in going too much further since the picture speaks for... The atmosphere is nice and soothing. The Key Lime Martini and the cucumber mojito are really nice and refreshing. I always get the same thing but the chicken skewers with the rice and vegetables are awesome and way more than one person can eat in one sitting. If you want a nice, cozy dinner, this would be a great choice.

I've never had a bad meal, the food is always fantastic. I highly recommend the Thai basil (shrimp, beef or chicken), I rotate. The general tso chicken is another favorite and the sushi is great too. For those with dietary restrictions, this is a great place to eat! The tea is always so fresh and I've been a frequent regular at... More

8pm on a friday evening. Food service started great, appetizer came out quickly and delicious. Went downhill from there. Super nice server, but i was personally overwhelmed by the staff who decided to start bleaching the tables around me when my food was served (which got slower after the edamame and I never got another beverage). They are clearly ready... More

This place is uh-mazing! Truly unique Asian fusion food. I highly recommend the Walnut Chicken. So yummy! When I visit Columbia, Miyo's is a must!

If you've read any of my other reviews for Lexington restaurants, you know that I am pretty unforgiving when it comes to bad service and poor quality. Miyos on the other hand breaks the trend for Lexington's legacy. I used to say that dining in town was like fishing in the desert, but now at long last, I've been to... More

After despairing that I would ever find decent Chinese food in Columbia, a colleague suggested the M Cafe downtown. But since there was a street fair going on that night we opted for Miyo's (owned by the same folks) instead. We weren't disappointed. Miyo's bills itself as an Asian cafe, not a Chinese restaurant, and that is a fair distinction.... More

Miyos reduced their novel of a menu to a functional few pages. Much easier to order and see the selections. Vegetable egg rolls and garlic beans are awesome. Miyos garlic beans are some of the best I have had in an Asian restaurant. Establishment was clean and service was quick.
