My impressions: impeccable service, excellent menu and the desserts!! Great atmosphere and great date night if you can leave the kids with something more amusing to do.

The Jasmine Porch Sunday brunch, is our favorite place for any special occasion. Birthdays were being celebrated for both my daughter-in-law and my Granddaughter. The food was delicious, so many choices and beautifully presented. Oysters on the half shell, boiled shrimp, fresh fruit, large selection of cheeses and crackers. French toast is always the first item on my plate. Shrimp... More

I had dinner on here on my first night's stay. I had a very unique southern meal of fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, pickled okra, and a plethora of bread choices. This is just one example of the unique and incredibly delicious offerings on the menu. I also had breakfast and lunch during my stay. As expected breakfast had a... More

This restaurant needs a new manager. Dishes came out without elements stated on the menu. Food served one way one day is different the next. Staff can't seem to figure out who is supposed to serve and who is supposed to help. Sometimes they disappear and other times they are constantly over serving. The worst restaurant at the complex. Best... More

We ate dinner here twice during our stay at the Sanctuary. Good food, good variety. Ate breakfast buffet twice. Very good selection on the breakfast buffet. Breakfast can be ordered from the menu also.

Breakfast here was amazing. They have a omelet station with many options to add to your eggs. The other food is amazing as well. I have never had such a great breakfast in my life.

The Jasmine Porch was a fantastic experience from the initial greeting to the final farewell. Impeccable attention to detail was not lost at any point during the entire time my wife and I were in the restaurant. All smiles from all of the staff with a level of professionalism that was felt and seen. Denise was someone that took tremendous... More

This is a great time to come to Kiawah, in the winter. We checked in early and decided since we were so close we would go to the Jasmine Porch for lunch. While it was in the middle of the lunch hour, we had immediate seating looking out toward the ocean. We both had the blackened fish of the day... More

I hardly want to say this of a place I enjoy so much. The service was top notch and exceptional, but the eggs I ordered over easy were hard cooked and unappetizing, and the apple chicken sausage was cold, overcooked, and completely unappealing. A VERY disappointing breakfast in a venue I would have expected FAR higher standards from ...

Took my wife here to celebrate our Anniversary, service was exceptional, however, the food was good but not outstanding for the prices charged. Had hoped to have a nice romantic dining experience, but I think it was Sorority weekend and we were surrounded with several tables of loud ladies out of a "Girls weekend" could not hear yourself think let...
