Great view of the 18th whole and the dunes of Kiawah Island. Can get a little busy, but food is reasonably priced (especially compared to the Atlantic Room or dinner at the Sanctuary). Tons of golf history around which is fun. Strongly recommend getting there early and enjoying some drinks on the rocking chars on the wrap around porch.

The food is okay, not great but the atmosphere and service make it worth it.... We enjoyed their oyster selection but found their peel and eat shrimp too spicy, our favorite us their crispy shrimp hands down, simply delicious and we fought over their bread pudding

You can't make reservations. We had a 60+ minute wait on a Thursday night. After the food arrived, we wished we had gone elsewhere. It was good but not on par (so to speak) with other "precious" restaurants we have tried that do not accept reservations. The view was spectacular, however, and there were a nice assortment of cocktails from... More

View overlooking the green and ocean is amazing. Food and service very good. Had the fish tacos, mahi-mahi, with good chicken wings as appetizer. Kids had good food also. Expect a wait for an outside table if going at peak times

We had lunch at the Ryder Cup Bar. Got the last 2 seats at the bar! Spectactular view of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean. There is indoor & outdoor seating. Lunch was delicious. I had one of the best bloody mary's ever. Husband was happy with the beer. We had decent fried green tomatoes and salads. I had... More

The food at the Ryder Cup Bar is really good. The service is good as well, but we go to the Ryder Cup as many times as possible during our stay because the course is gorgeous, and the ocean view is stunning. We always sit on the porch during our June visit and I do wear bug spray.

We had lunch at the Ryder Cup Bar. What an amazing view of the golf course & Atlantic Ocean. There is indoor & outdoor seating. The built in bar is very cool. Lunch was delicious we had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. I had the blackened mahi maui sandwich. I would definitely return to the Ryder Cup Bar on... More

This was our third visit to The Ryder Cup Bar (over a few years), stopped by for lunch and drinks. We were seated at the bar because there were no open tables. We decided to order a couple of appetizers and drinks. While you cannot beat the gorgeous view, we were less than impressed with the food. We had the... More

We have had lunch and enjoyed the raw bar at the Ryder Cup Bar. Lunch was great, the sweet fried shrimp were good and we split the fish and chips sitting overlooking the 18 th green of the Ocean Course. Tonight had the raw bar in the same spot. Bloody Mary shooters, cerviche, low country shrimp and a lobster slide... More

This is a favorite spot while vacationing in the area. The view of the ocean beyond the 18th hole of the Ocean Course is pretty fantastic on it's own, but the food here is GREAT and service is excellent. We usually come for a late lunch and lounge on the porch with a glass of wine - a perfect afternoon.
