This was a convenient place to eat just across from our hotel in Freshfields Village at Kiawah! It's a sports bar with monitors for all sports to watch. It gets very noisy for lunch or dinner so be prepared for that! Service was attentive and they do have plenty of creative things to choose from on the menu! Traveling with... More

The appetizers we ordered were tasty as was the reuben sandwich one of our friends ordered. The fish sandwich had little taste and was assumed to not be fresh. The chicken tenders had little taste and the burger was no more than adequate.

Good food and fun atmosphere! Pick out your own ingredients for prix fix salad is wonderful. You can add shrimp or chicken and have a great meal. TV's are everywhere so you can watch lots of sports. They do not accept reservations and tends to be a bit noisy.

The food is quite good with a very large selection to choose from. Service is generally quick once you have been seated. Hostess courtesy can be iffy, especially during the busy summer months.

We went about 9 pm on a Sunday night with a party of 4. We were initially seated inside, but it was so loud that we couldn't hear each other without screaming. We asked to move outside, which was much quieter. Someone in our party asked for a minor modification (having the side of pasta that came with her meal... More

We had a very yummy dinner here; burgers, pasta, wraps, all good. We arrived early, around 5 pm and had great service. Just a word to the wise, the nearby shops mostly close at 6:00, so don't plan to shop after eating dinner.

My wife and I were looking for a quick lunch. We were staying at the Andell Inn at Kiawah Island and the King Street Grille is just next to it. It is a sports bar themed place...kind of dark inside. We were seated promptly and our waitress came to the table quickly. She was very nice and attentive. The menu... More

Don't get my title wrong, I like King Street Grille. It's just that for the money you spend, I'd rather get some good finer dining available in the area. Four of us (2 beers, 1 appetizer, 4 burger / sandwiches with added salad) came to over $120.00. $30 per person is a lot in my mind for burgers and fries.... More

We had any nice lunch while staying at Kiawah. I had their Chicken Chesapeake which was excellent. A grilled chicken fillet with a good sized helping of fresh crab meat on top with melted Swiss cheese on a fresh baked roll. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had.

yum, had the thai lettuce wraps, just loved them. Although on our second visit to King Street Grille I did ask them for plain cucumbers, the cucumbers served on our first visit were marinated in something that made them taste more pickled and I didn't like them. Peanut sauce was delicious. My husband and brother-in-law liked their burger. on the... More
