I went here for lunch in a group of five; two of which were very, very hungry. The guy working told us upfront they were busy - we had to wait 20 mins for a table- and service was a little slow. It wasn't unacceptable, just a bit slow. The food, however, was great. Turkey melt, BBQ sandwich, breakfast sandwich... More

Second time we have been. Terrific food, if you are willing to wait to get it. I love the corned beef hash. Service is indifferent, putting it nicely. Avoid the guy with the pony tail. He reminds me of an English professor I had in college. Thinks he's a helluva lot sharper than he really is.

Great value and excellent food. Very popular with local residents. Be sure to visit if in Seabrook Island area.

I had one of my favourite breakfasts ever here, something called a grits bowl, I think -- so much better than the name suggests! It's not that the place had great atmosphere -- it's a strip-mall hole in the wall, and in fact I have no idea why they call themselves a bistro. But the food my group had was... More

My family and I are regulars at Sunrise Bistro. We stop in during the week for breakfast before heading to work and school. And we eat here on the weekends. The food is great! The staff is friendly and they do their best to make you feel at home. We are never disappointed when we dine here. I wish they... More

Oooooooooh those bagels. I quite literally wanted to smack my momma they are so fantastic. It is a tragedy that they have never won best bagel in Charleston every year since they opened. I cant even eat other bagels anymore! Those bad boys practically float to my mouth they're so light and fluffy with the perfect crunch. Sounds odd, but... More

My boyfriend and I were walking on Rutledge, looking for a place to lunch, and came across Sunrise Bistro. The outside doesn't look like much but the food and staff are wonderful! The freshly baked herb bread is exquisite and I my turkey sandwich was one of the best I had - thick slices of turkey, cheese, tomato, lettuce on... More

The outside is very deceptive. The food is wonderful. Staff was great. The breakfast burrito and the sunrise chicken salad wrap were fresh and delicious. They make fantastic hummus!!

From the outside it is nothing to brag about. Don't judge the book by it's cover. Inside you will find an excellent breakfast stop with fresh baked breads, and sweets.
