Food was very good and service was great. Great little beach restaurant. Located right beside Palms Hotel.
Coconut Joe's walk-up was very convenient for our evening coffee and an afternoon ice cream treat. Even as busy as they were, the server remembered us from the day before and offered us a discount.
Perfect relaxed restaurant on the beach on Isle of Palms Enjoyed the coconut shrimp and raw oysters as well as great tropical drinks. View is spectacular.
Thank you for your kind review! I hope you actually were at Coconut Joe's, though, as we do not serve raw oysters. :) More
We were walking along the beach and found this restaurant. Wish we kept walking. The outdoor seating was nice but the food was nothing spectacular!
Bless you, Joe's. Our dinners were great and so filling we took the appetizer home. Fun to watch the adventurers with surf boards and WAVES. Friendly service.
So glad you enjoyed your visit! More
At 'Isle of Palms' which everyone raves about! Not so much! Forget for a moment that we were starved! The place looked completely sketchy to me. Dark dingy and gross. We had a stroller and had to ride one floor up in an old, and I mean old elevator that took about 5 minutes to go up the one floor.... More

The restaurant is painted purple, teal and white. Our salsa is made from... More
I'm a picky eater but I actually really liked this place. Prices were just okay but I'm kind of cheap (haha) the atmosphere was perfect. We sat out on the outdoor area where we could see the beach. It was relaxing watching the waves roll in! It was raining though, but we didn't get wet!
And thank you for saying so! More
We go here every time we are in IOP. Excellent service, & love the rooftop views and music. Sunday evening Reggae with Mystic Vibrations was awesome!
We love this place. For us, like The Palms, it is the main part of the Isle of Palms experience. The food is good. The drinks are good. The ocean is right in front of you. What more could you ask for?
The food was ok. I had the Galapagos salad, my fiancée had the mystic Caribbean wrap and we shared the crab dip appetizer. The salad was big and the flavors were good. My crab dip had a shell in it, yuck! My fiancée's wrap was decent, just messy. We like it for the location. The rooftop bar was closed. We... More
