We had our best food here during our four day stay. We were a little aprehensive when entering the restaurant, located in a strip mall, but quickly the staff brought us a great experience by providing friendly wait service, excellent seafood and steak. We will return.

What a great find on Isle of Palms near Charleston! Everything was excellent! The food, the service, the people, the ambiance, the presentations, everything! We had a delicious Tilefish dinner, salad, fried green tomatoes, soup and wine. Seafood specialists. Our white and red wines were excellent. Located in the shopping center immediately to the left when you cross onto the... More

After biking on the Isle of Palms, my husband and I needed food, drink and air conditioning. We had parked in a little shopping center and saw there were several local restaurants to choose from. The Long Island Cafe was a good choice! Large sandwiches, really fresh ingredients and friendly staff.

My previous experience several years ago was so disappointing. I had been a customer for many years but everything had really gone down hill. I heard there were new owners and decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did. It reminded me of previous years past. Great food & drinks and great service! Our server Pamela... More

A nice friendly spot for lunch with good variety of freshly prepared foods. We had a sandwich and salad and both were good.

The LIC is a island favorite. We never go there that we don't see a familiar face and we love the food! My favorite is the She Crab Soup and the fried oysters. My friend loves the flounder! We both love the Crème Brule and the Bread Pudding. Service is always great and the dining room is small and intimate.... More

Had a take out dinner order from Long Island Cafe (located in the Harris Teeter strip mall in IOP) . It was prepared in a timely manner and was still warm by the time I returned to Wild Dunes. We enjoyed our dishes which was plentiful. It would have been nice to dine in, but, we were too comfortable by... More

Delicious and fresh, local fish and produce! Very friendly staff! Yummy daily specials; I had wreck fish both nights. She crab soup is some of the best we've had in a while! If you prefer your seafood fried, you won't be disappointed!

The meal was delicious. We had tile fish off the daily specials menu. It came with a choice of two sides. The vegetable medley was absolutely delicious, as were the garlic mashed potatoes. Seating was not great as we were seated next to the food service doors, but the meal was well worth the inconvenience of the seating.

Our family group of 8 dined here twice during a week-long vacation on Isle of Palms. An attractive place and delightful staff. The menu is fairly extensive with fish dishes emphasized. Everything we tried was excellent. Really enjoyed it!
