The food was good, but for nearly $30 a plate, not very impressive. At about half the price, we would be giving a better review. I had the sesame encrusted scallops and my wife had the blackened grouper. She crab soup was very good. Ice cream that the kids were supposed to get with their meal was apparently too soft... More

Mediocre food and inexperienced servers. Overpriced. There are so many fabulous restaurants in the Charleston area, it is worth the time and energy to go elsewhere, even if you are staying at Wild Dunes.

Excellent food for adventurous palates. The best filet mignon I've ever had. According to my son, the she-crab soup was delicious.

We chose this restaurant because it was close to our rental - after a long day of travel and sightseeing, we were too tired to go far - so expectations were not high. Plus, resort hotel restaurants typically focus on kid friendly menus. This restaurant was a pleasant and tasty surprise. Great fresh food and awesome service - all while... More

Went for our anniversary dinner. Server was very pleasant and did her best. The grouper was overcooked... we had to send back our steak twice... ordered medium rare, came out well done. 2nd one came out rare and tough.... not edible. The server was as nice as she could be but the dinner was very, very disappointing and not worth... More

Located inside the Wild Dunes Boardwalk Inn, this is an awesome place. I'm sure most notice it for lunch or dinner but you need to check out breakfast as well. Cheese grits and terrific omlettes along with the usual pancakes and waffles. Even when it's warm on Isle of Palms, breakfast on the veranda overlooking the pool is a delight.... More

I was ready for a long walk, breakfast, then the beach this morning. So a good breakfast was a must! They have a lot of options but we both chose the Southern Breakfast. I had 2 over easy eggs, bacon, cheesy grits and wheat toast. Fresh butter and variety of Jelly. It was just perfect! The coffee was very good... More

Kitchen trying way too hard to be cutting edge. Descriptions lead you to believe you are in for a wonderful culinary experience. But kitchen staff is not able to deliver on promises. Three of four adult dishes, the dominant flavor was salt. The most satisfactory dish on the table was the kids pizza. Big on price, HUGE on disappointment.

My husband and I came here for our first dinner at the resort-- It was just okay! The waitress was so nice and very helpful! The atmosphere was very relaxing. The pork belly starter was great, but the dinners were just okay. The price was a little high considering the food wasn't the best.
