We fully enjoyed our experience. The food was the best. We had the crab cakes, Mac-n-cheese, turnips, filet, and lobster. Absolutely divine! Great atmosphere and wonderful service.

Asked for outdoor seating (had to wait a little extra) on visit to Boathouse and are we glad we waited. This view and breeze on this particular night made our dinner a memorable experience. As we were eating there was a group of dolphins playing about 50 ft from the dock area of the restaurant and it was so fun... More

The tiki bar upstairs had the best green fried tomatoes I have ever eaten. The view was great. The bartender, Wes, was extremely nice and the sevice was excellent. The happy hour specials were very reasonable with appetizers and drinks. Great place to relax and talk. We did not eat at the restaurant downstairs.

The Boathouse has a terrific menu and is a great family dining experience. The pan roasted sea scallops is my favorite dish - one of the best cooked scallops I have ever had! There is a dock the kids can explore - watch fishing boats come in and usually always see dolphins swimming up the waterway. A great experience!

We had brunch yesterday and it was good. Randy, our server was also good. And you can not beat the views of the inter-coastal waterway.

My Husband and I went on an Impromptu trip to the Charleston area. Our first stop was, The Boathouse. We love it here. I tried the "Carolina Colada", it complemented my meal and atmosphere very nicely. The Sunset view is an added bonus. Thumbs up, as always!

Arrived at 7:30 on a Saturday night, wait time was projected to be 1 hour and 15 min. We normally would not have waited that long with 3 hungry kids in tow, but there was an outdoor beer garden with live music and a large outdoor Jenga game that kept everyone occupied. Actual wait was about 40 min and they... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants when visiting the Isle of Palms. It is right around the corner from Wild Dunes so it is very convenient if you are staying there. The Boathouse has a more formal dining area inside on the main floor and a more casual atmosphere outside and upstairs. In the summers they usually have corn... More

We decided to go to this restaurant last minute as we didn't have much planed for our 4th of July dinner after a long day at the beach. Luckily we were able to get a reservation, albeit 545pm. We were seated outside and the waitress was very nice and attentive. It was a pleasant evening, a little warm, but not... More
