Great Slices!

Whenever I crave a slice of pizza on Hilton Head, I visit Fat Babies. The bar staff are very friendly and usually stay open fairly late for a restaurant on Hilton Head. The slices of pizza are generous in size and will fill you up! I always order the pete's meats, which is perfect for anyone... read more

While staying at the Hilton Head Motor Coach Resort with friends, we decided to order carryout pizza as a departure from seafood and grilling out. Since Fat Baby's is so close and the reviews were good, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Margherita pizza-- a favorite of ours since our travels to Italy. The photo on... More

Got in late to the island and just wanted to get some pizza. Picked up pizza and got to rental house. Pizza was good enough. Might try another place if we get in the mood. Might have been a little my fault as I had it in the car for about 15 minutes-- but it's pizza. It got the job... More

Before opening the doors of Fat Baby's Pizza and Subs nine years ago, I spent 6 bazillion dollars on research and development. The firm I hired put our food through every test possible, or so I thought. We found that if you serve people raw or uncooked food, they might get sick. We discovered that ice, when placed in a... We had lunch today at this restaurant and wow is all I can say! I had a meatball sub and it was the best I have ever had. Toasty bread, yummy sauce and fantastic homemade meatballs...what else can I say? We also had the homemade desserts...phenomenal! We are going back for sure.

Try the lasagna! The pizza is great too, as is the caprese salad and the Alfredo. Everyone loved it. Service was fabulous and prices are reasonable. Fun atmosphere.

$19 for a veggie pizza with very few veggies? I only needed two hands to count the olives. Would it break you to throw on a few veggies for a $20 pizza? Very thin and tasteless crust that was overcooked an inedible. Sign me NEVER GOING BACK.

Hey K Y, Sorry you didn't enjoy your experience at Fat Baby's. This a transition time of the year for all the restaurants on the island. Everybody's getting ready for the rush of the summer season. We're no different. We've recently added a lot of new staff and sometimes, unfortunately, things slip through the cracks. I apologize. It is our... More

The fried mozzarella was the best I have ever had. Py's Pie was great but a little overcooked for my personal liking. My son loved the spaghetti! High chairs available for wee ones and a play area for the little guys!

We had a large group (9 adults and 4 kids under the age of 4) dine on a weekday night. We received excellent and quick service and our server was very kind. We were blown away by how affordable it was, especially since we were feeding (and drinking beer) for 9 hungry adults and 4 picky kids. The pizza was... More

The food was good. You could tell it was more of a place for the locals to go. Pretty inexpensive as far as Hilton Head dinners go.
