FRIDAY FRIED CHICKEN! We usually get the ahi tuna salad and we are never disapointed. But, this time we decided to try the Friday Fried Chicken. It was wonderful, fried crispy and a large portion. We will be back just for this. Really good!

I have only been here once. The reason I went there was because I heard it was a "Michigan Bar" so I was excited. I have been living in HHI for 5 years and I wanted a place to watch my lions have a beer or 2 as well as something to eat. 4 others and I came in sat...

We read about the restaurant in one of those tourist magazines. We did a drive by before hand too. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and service.
The seafood platter was huge! The grouper was excellent (our new favorite fish).
The location was a little strange but it was quiet. The only downside was the bugs. Not the kind...

The fish and seafood at this hidden gem are as good as any on the Island. The chef provides little touches - like a homemade remoulade sauce, or fresh cilantro, scratch made coleslaw or a balsamic reduction on fries - and they make all the difference. Keep it up!
My husband and I love seafood. We had visited several restaurants and were disappointed with freshness and value. Both got a blackened grouper and fries (fish and chips) at drydock for lunch with drink for $7. It was a light but extremely good lunch. Will definitely go back next time.
This was our second visit to Drydock. We had saved the location last time in our GPS so we would be able to find it again. As many of the previous posters suggest its not the easiest place to find because the building looks like an office park and the entrance is somewhat obscure. All of this really adds to...

The drydock is hard to find, but worth the effort. Great pub food and more. The Bird Man and Beard Man grouper sandwich is one of the best I have ever had. Also great burgers and ribs. Friendly atmosphere and good service. Very enjoyable experience. Dr. Bob
The best place to eat! Huge portions and great service. One of the great things about it is that its not so touristy and a great local place. Throws salty dog cafe in the toilet! 100% recommended.
Found Drydock back in the office park where the entrance is fairly well hidden. Worth the trouble to find - host and co-owner Vickie and servers were welcoming and effective, and main courses like the Low Country Fisherman's Stew (with a spicing more like Cajun than South Carolina) were tasty and ample. Good casual atmosphere restaurant, to which we will...

The barbequed mahi mahi bits were good, though not great. I tried my wife's fish and chips, which was very good and I would recommend. Wish I had tried some of the other fare, the menu was promising with a nice selection of fresh seafood. A couple regional beers on tap, adequate bottle selection. The staff was friendly and service...
