Tonight we went to the Truffles Grill on Hilton Head Island. We were seated right away and the service was very fast. I recomend the mango iced tea! My wife and I had a nice, but average experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere is sleek, clean, with a nice, dark ambiance. The menu is traditional variety steak, fish, appetizers. This is by far one of the most beautiful restarants I've seen. The decor is super elegant then balanced by the amazing local Lowcountry images. The food was delicious. I enjoyed a salad that had an asian twist with seared tuna on the top. I tasted someone's Mac-n-cheese with truffle oil which will surely be a signature dish for them.... more

My husband had the crabcakes ($19 not including salad) and I had the shrimp pasta (similar price). My husband said the crab cakes were the best he'd ever had. Sleek but relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend for a nice dinner. more
