Even though the steaks looked incredible, we decided to go Italian. Our meals were delicious. Husband got the a Trifecta and I got the Cannelloni. The salads were fresh and the bread was crusty and warm. This place was very busy for off season. Loved it. Yum! House Merlot was tasty. Service was very good.

This restaurant is part of a rather large group. We ate at several of them while in Hilton Head. This one had a bit of a clubby atmosphere. Mostly high backed booths I think. Busy and noisy at 8 pm. Warm welcome on arrival and reservation honored on time. Good waitstaff. Nice and varied dinner menu. No sandwiches at dinner,... More

As other reviewers have mentioned fun setting with Rat Pack decor and fun music. Really large selection on menu plus specials. Thoughtful mixed drink selections along with wine, beer or soft drinks. My husband and I shared Frankie's Made Meatballs which were delicious and served steaming hot. Eggplant Parmesan and linguini and red clam sauce were delicious. Hardly had room... More

I have traveled all over the world and certainly know all about Restaurants. Certainly not my first rodeo going to an Italian Restaurant. I went here with a Family Member that was visiting from out of town. We even made a reservation. We were both really looking forward to going to have a meal here due to all the awesome... More

We chose to dine here while in Hilton Head because of the ratings on trip advisor as a recommendation from some cast members at the Disney Hilton Head resort that we were staying at. The atmosphere is fun, very classic Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack. Lots of pictures from the Sinatra years and music from then too. Service was... More

Our kind of spot for stopping by for a cocktail and bite to eat mid afternoon! Great lighting, great atmosphere ... We ordered the mussels at the suggestion of our bartender that were served with some nice crusty bread, and made a meal of both! Delicious - and filling! Our first experience wasn't so great - and glad we gave... More

Went to Frankie Bones, along with 2 other couples, while on vacation upon a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great......loved the music. I could have stayed all night just sitting on the patio listening to the throwback music.....Would definitely would go back.

Just returned home after enjoying a delightful dinner with with two friends at one of my favorite restaurants on Hilton Head. Imagine our surprise when we found out were early enough to take part on their "early bird" specials. I had perfectly prepared prime rib whole one friend enjoyed seafood and another a chicken marshlands and the desserts were divine.... More

Made a reservation on open table, showed up a little early. Waited for a few minutes so the hostess could give us a nice booth. Katy was our server and did a good job, friendly but not hovering. The lobster mac and cheese was delicious as well as the house salad. At the end of the meal we received a... More
