The Kingfisher Seafood, Pasta & Steakhouse Is now Pelican's Point. We created a new theme fitting for our waterfront location with abundance of Pelican's. Pelican's Point restaurant located center-island in beautiful Shelter Cove Harbour. We have beautiful water views where dolphins and pelicans frequent. The spacious rooms have large dark-stained wood beams and a contemporary nautical look. We have all-you-can-eat pasta specials for under $13 for the hardy appetite (choice of 6 sauces). We also have nightly selections for fresh seafood often including Grouper, Sea Bass, Mahi-Mahi, Salmon, Covina, Cobia plus more. These are prepared differently based on what you like. For the meat lovers we have Prime Rib, Steaks, and BBQ Ribs. Happy Hour in our lounge is the happiest on the Island with $2.50 Kingfisher drafts, $3 wine and $4 well drinks -- from 5-8 daily. Plus we have the best raw oysters and peel-&-eat shrimp at terrific prices. $2 fish tacos, 50 cent buffalo wings. The restaurant had changed its name since our last visit but we returned because it has a great view. The food was good and reasonably priced when using the early bird menu. We had an efficient waitstaff.

Although it changed names, Pelican Point maintains much of the good parts of the previous restaurant. Both the Happy Hour and Early Dining are strong preferences with good food and great value. Service is always quite good.

We came here for an intimate dinner for 2 and had a wonderful time. The candles were on the table, we had a view if the harbor and they had the music playing. There is a place to dance and they have a comedy club upstairs if you sre looking for an upbeat time.

Pelican's Point is at the location of the former Kingfisher. The decor has changed but the dining experience is much the same. The food is well prepared but not exceptional. The service is very good. It is at a good location on Broad Creek. It just didn't knock my socks off.

This is located in the new complex in Shelter Cove. We went at night, so most of the stores were closed, but you could probably find anything you need right there. The restaurant is located on the ICW, so you can walk along the quai and enjoy looking at the yachts that you will never be able to afford (or... More

We went to this restaurant because we wanted to see the comedy show. The day we went, there was no show scheduled but we had dinner there and just loved the food and Roc, our server. The experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

Our family visited from Ohio for the first time. We were amazed by the food but especially the service. Our waiter Rob was excellent. He had a demanding presence and our kids loved him. This says a lot because our kids are usually bored and we don't go out together much due to their behavior issues. Rob kept them attentive,... More

We have been coming to the island since 1983. We enjoy the peaceful sunrise, quiet walks on the beach and of course the seafood. We have been coming to Kingfisher, now Pelican's Point for quite some time This trip by far was our favorite of all time. Our server made this trip memorable to say the least. When he came... More

Some girlfriends and I ate at this restaurant prior to heading up to the comedy club at this location. The dining room was empty other than our table and maybe 2 others. The waitress was nice but not very attentive. We ordered 3 appetizers, the fish & chips dish, and each of us had a salad. The best part of... More
