The Kingfisher Seafood, Pasta & Steakhouse is a casual Old World Mediterranean décor waterfront restaurant located center-island in beautiful Shelter Cove Harbour. We have beautiful water views where dolphins and pelicans frequent. Large hand-painted murals of Mediterranean scenes adorn the walls. The spacious rooms have large dark-stained wood beams and Tuscan patterned carpet. We have all-you-can-eat pasta specials for under $10 for the hardy appetite (choice of 3 pastas and 6 sauces). We also have nightly selections for fresh seafood often including Grouper, Sea Bass, Mahi-Mahi, Salmon, Covina, Cobia plus more. These are prepared differently based on what you like. For the meat lovers we have Prime Rib, Steaks, and BBQ Ribs. Happy Hour in our lounge is the happiest on the Island with $2.50 Kingfisher drafts, $3 wine and $4 well drinks -- from 5-8 daily. Plus we have the best raw oysters and peel-&-eat shrimp at terrific prices. (See menu button above) Cap-off the evening with Las Vegas quality Comedy in the upstairs showroom. Free and convenient close private parking lot. Serving dinner from 5pm to 9pm. GPS? Enter 18 Harbourside Ln,HH, SC.

Wonderful Evening

Six of us went to Pelican Point (new name) for drinks and dinner. The drinks were above average and reasonable priced. $4 hand mixed margaritas ! I had the sea food in a pastry shell -amazingly good. The Bangin shrimp and calamari was very good. The Grouper was also good. The veggies were crisp... read more

I don't remember my waitresses name but she was a young gal and had the BEST humor. We joked about the sweet potato hushpuppies otherwise known as Sweet Balls! She played along with our jokes and the busser (Michael Jackson from Jamaica?) was as equally as funny. Enjoyable people made the experience much more for us! Great food , great... More

We had a wonderful meal and outstanding service at the Kingfisher (now Pelicans Point). Food was very delicious, view over the water was wonderful, but the best part was the table service by Anthony B. We recommend it. Nice family place.

Can't beat the view, $14 King crab legs, yummy drinks, good live music. Other food was so-so. Service was slow, but it didn't seem to be because of our server - seemed to come from the kitchen. Also, our server (the bartender) was wonderful! Friendly, personable and helpful. My friend ordered She-crab soup and was served tomato bisque (by a... More

We go to HHI several times a year and Kingfisher was always a fav stop, multiple times during the stay. Sadly, no more. Service was slow, she crab soup blah, key lime pie now a fluffy mousse..minor renovations nice but recipe changes not for the better! Checking it off the list...bummed!!!

Same good service from Tina and her crew. Earl Williams did his usual great job entertaining. Name change was confusing when I Arrived.

My hubby loves oysters and they were excellent. My fav is she-crab soup and they had some of the best on the island. Good food and personable staff.

They are switching management so maybe things will get better. We have friends who visit and like this place. But this time they didn't even like it.

We decided to eat here as it was just outside our hotel. The trip advisor reviews were mixed, but for convenience sake, we though why not? We were glad we tried it. The view from the restaurant is very nice and the atmosphere is inviting. We were travelling with small children, but I could easily see hanging out with friends... More
