This place has nice ambience, great service and good food. The she crab soup is the house specialty, but it is extremely rich, so I'd recommend sharing a cup between two, or simply having soup and salad. Definitely have the pecan pie....it is truly to die for. more

visited 2nd week october went with another couple we ordered 4 different dishes and every one was excellent. plenty of good restaurants with more reasonable prices on hhi but it is nice to splurge once in a while on a nice restaurant. the food preparation, the service, and the view make this expensive restaurant worth the extra bucks you spend. more

The food here is good--not great. It is a little hard to find but the view is beautiful. Be ready to spend. This was the most expensive dinner we had on HHI. more

We had so many restaurants we wanted to try on HHI but only a 5 days to get them all in. My hairdresser who visits HHI each summer suggested this restaurant, and so before we headed out of town we had an early dinner here. The "Old Fort Pub" is one of our many favorites here on Hilton Head. There are so many great choices here, that it is impossible to pick just one.
