We stopped in for Sunday brunch and loved this place .... you can get made to order omelets or branch out to the "voodoo pasta" or shrimp and grits. The gumbo was quite authentic having become a New Orleans gumbo "snob" so to speak .... the gumbo you get in a strip mall in Nawlins is better than just about... More

We decided we would hit Kenny B's on own way out of Hilton Head, the reviews were too good not to try before heading to the diner. Information stated they opened at 8:30am, and there we were waiting outside the door @8:30, 8:37, 8:40(gentleman with chef shirt on wheeling groceries in with woman came up, unlocked door, went in, proceeded... Having visited New Orleans this past march, it was an unexpected surprise to come across this authentic food in HHI! Great food as good as the places in N.O. Enjoyed the jumbalaya, frogs legs and gator tails. Great value in a "laid back" atmosphere. Walls are decorated with college football and New Orleans memorabilia. Fun night for the entire family... The food and the decor at this little mini mall cafe were interesting but not great. There is no ambience but the kids wanted southern food and wanted to try gator in particular. It was tasty, but average.

It was crowded so we tried it. While waiting to place our orders, the plates and flatware were so inexpensive, I was concerned. The food order took LONG. We changed ours to go, because we had to walk back to the hotel in the dark. We got back to our hotel and had SOME OF THE BEST NEW ORLEANS STYLE... More

After waiting for over an hour at another restaurant we just wanted to eat so we stopped in here. The food was served quick and was very good. The red beans and rice were great. I could have made a meal out of them alone.

Stopped in for breakfast one morning and was wowed! Menu is unique, but what really got us there were the beignets. My daughter had never had before and wanted her to experience them. In addition, we ordered the a fried green tomato, canadian bacon, poached egg with bearnaise sauce. WOW everything was great! It is a small place tucked away... More

My husband and I come down twice a year and Kenny B's is always a must!! The turkey ruben is bangin', so good. But the shrimp is where it's at, ahhhhmayzing!! We get the fried and grilled we can never choose which is the best, the grilled is perfectly seasoned the fried is lightly battered and plump. They use local... More

Best seafood in town. Reasonable price. Loved my shrimp Po-Boy, and the crabcakes are the best, better than in Maryland even. Lots of meat, Be sure and try the Crabcake Benedict for breakfast.
