Pazzo's Cafe was a really great Italian meal. I enjoyed the cheese manicotti, which came out bubbling from the oven. Someone else in our party ordered the fettuccine alfredo, which was some of the best I've ever had. Someone else ordered the chicken, which was very tender and delicious. The service was great, a our waiter was very nice and funny.... More

We have dined at most restaurants in Hilton Head Island and Pazzo is a terrific restaurant for a reasonable price. The pasta and veal dishes are excellent. There are several selections that are great for families as well. The restaurant is quite casual and service is excellent.

Set back in a small group of mixed use businesses. This is a real Italian restaurant, with homemade food and old time Italian background music. Great selection of dishes on the menu. Loved the fresh-baked bread with olive oil - came right from the oven to our table. Definitely worth a visit!

The food, the atmosphere, the service - fabulous. Italian music playing in the background, REAL homemade pasta/ravoli only brings more authenticity to this establishment. In addition, the homemade bread and olive oil are excellent. Will definitely go back again. Set back off the street in a small business-type complex, this restaurant is worth finding.

It was a perfect combination of delicious food and atmosphere. We felt like we were in a restaurant in Greenwich Village or Little Italy in NYC. We highly recommend Pazzo, don't miss it. Also, they take reservations even for parties of 2. We had a great table by the window.

Service great - only the food outshines it! Short on parking but you can use the closed businesses' spots. Very reasonably priced also.

coming from an Italian this has to be one of the best little restaurants at a beach resort I have ever been to. The food, service and atmosphere was the best. We were a bit skeptical about eating Italian at Hilton Head coming from Philadelphia but we promise you won't be disappointed. It can be hard to find as it... More

We went as a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 children on our anniversary. The restaurant staff who greeted us named Brian, sat us at a table in the back of the restaurant. We asked him if we could move because there was a draft from the air conditioning blowing on us. Our kids felt uncomfortable and cold. Brian sarcastically... More

This is our second time eating at Pazzo. The food was tasty. However, I expected better. I think the pasta in the lasagna was overcooked and the fish dish (trout) was not the greatest. Other dishes such as spaghetti with meat balls was fine. We also tried the calamari and was good.

We decided to try Pazzo, again. We went there last year and had a good experience. We did notice that they jacked the prices up a bit. The food was okay, however, we were not impressed. What came as a real surprise was the 18% gratuity already included in the bill. Unfortunately I signed the bill without reading the fine print.... More
